To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天是星期天，香港天氣非常差，滂沱大雨好像不會停，正正代表我今天送機的心情! Check-in 後已是下午3時許，我們想找點小食，順便揾地方坐下，等晏啲先入閘! 可能在這個鐘數，人流不算太多，所以不用等位已經可以很舒服的入座!自疫情到今，都無來過翡翠食野，今天來到機場的翡翠，一定要食呢度嘅小籠包、鍋貼和酸辣湯，順道可以慰藉心靈! 翡翠小籠包依然非常有水準，皮薄、餡靚、爆汁，味道無得頂! 至於鍋貼，當然一樣咁出色! 鍋貼皮煎得香脆，裏面又足料，充滿肉汁，真係可以食唔停口!而酸辣湯對於小妹口味來講，就太辣啦，食到流曬鼻水! 但老公話呢度啲酸辣湯味道幾好又多料， 食得辣嘅朋友不妨一試，good luck!翡翠小籠包沒有令我們失望， 食物質素依然保持水準， 令我們仍尋找到昔日的味道，難忘的滋味!

搭完長途機仲要坐經濟客位😅，個人真係攰到一個點，落機一定要慰勞下自己🤣，一出機場就見到翡翠拉麵小籠包，雖然要排長龍，但係為咗食都要嘅，啲職員好快手，客人埋單之後嗱嗱臨執枱，所以我都唔係等咗好耐，我竟然自己一個人叫咗三樣食物，上海排骨拉麵，老乾媽雜菌炒牛肉😋，當然仲有我至愛嘅小籠包，特別想提吓老乾媽雜菌炒牛肉，味道好香牛肉嫩滑，雖然最終食唔晒，但係我都有攞走流作宵夜。🤘

出發去旅行之前想喺機場食飽啲先，朋友想食小籠包，所以揀咗食翡翠拉麵小籠包～鮮肉鍋貼(4隻) 💰HK$55鍋貼個外表煎到好酥脆，入邊內餡都充滿希肉汁，雖然肉汁冇小籠包咁多，但係都好好味～上海小籠包 (4隻) 💰HK$52小籠包都係新鮮蒸起嘅，一咬開啲肉汁就即刻湧哂出來～四喜烤麩💰HK$63烤麩呢道菜式比較少見，處理嘅工序亦比較繁複！呢到嘅烤麩味道比較普通，口感似係食緊一個醬油味嘅凍豆腐～雪菜蝦仁炒飯 💰HK$103成碟飯嘅味道偏淡，啲飯比較乾身，唔推薦～乾煸四季豆 💰HK$85四季豆就充滿咸香，又辣辣地，非常惹味！適合用嚟撈飯，用咗餸呢碟菜嚟餸個炒飯～凍豆漿 💰HK$25豆漿豆味香濃，有啲失望因為成杯野飲偏甜，如果可以少甜就最好啦～

落機想食返啲中式嘢所以就揀咗呢間上海菜館，食物質素只屬一般，不過侍應嘅服務非常好，都幾細心。小籠包一籠有四隻，佢嘅包皮博得來又唔係好易穿，熱辣辣幾好食。上海雲吞湯麵啲雲吞嘅皮都幾滑，不過就好容易散開晒，唔知係唔係爆嘅時候爆得唔夠好。鍋貼就麻麻哋，感覺上唔係好夠香，不過值得一讚嘅係佢嘅餃皮唔算厚。另一碗麵我哋叫咗上海排骨麵，其實即係炸豬扒碎上，佢個豬扒嘅質素唔錯，都幾厚身，咬落去都幾淋身。常見嘅上海甜品通常就係高力豆沙或者豆沙鍋餅，我自己就鍾意豆沙鍋餅多啲，呢間都做得唔錯，唯一缺點就係唔夠熱。
