To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 點了外賣，白等50分鐘後，－樣都沒有，只好離開I ordered a takeaway, was waiting in vain for 50 minutes ended up leaving the place hungry with no apology, no refund whatsoever. I would strongly recommend not to go to this place.

從前人流如鯽既機場，而家變得好冷清，唔係為左送朋友機，相信都唔會近期黎呢度。非禁區可以選擇既餐廳十分之少，就隨便揀左間叫做中式坐低填飽個肚。擔擔麵可以講係頗為災難級，湯底一味得個辣字，雖然都有花生醬汁在內，但毫無香氣，同埋係無菜莆粒，成碗麵都係無層次。菜肉雲吞麵相對正常一啲，清湯同菜肉雲吞既味道都配合到，雲吞份量夠多，同埋本身麵條唔會太糊口，越簡單既野反而無咁難食。由於個麵真係一般般，唯有再叫多籠小籠包填飽個肚，唔知係咪呢樣先算係招牌？食落覺得皮薄但保留到肉汁，點埋薑絲同醋提到鮮味，算係挽回少少分數。

機場唔入閘嘅餐廳選擇好少，翡翠算係質素比較好嘅餐廳。員工套餐上海小籠包+四川擔擔拉麵$88，飲品檸檬薏米水係跟餐嘅，都幾好飲。小籠包皮好薄，一咬會爆汁，美味！擔擔面就冇乜特別，少少辣咁樣啦，不過如果唔係食員工餐其他散叫或者套餐都幾貴。

食過幾次都係食機場果間，坐位應該舒服過其他分店。小籠包係必點既菜式，望住廚師係窗入面不停搓麵粉，總覺得佢係整緊自己果份！ 小籠包皮唔厚，收貨，食之前要用湯匙成隻放好，我習慣用筷子整個細窿，將熱湯放出黎先，唔怕熱親個咀，之後配埋佢啲薑絲同醋一齊食，超正！其他麵同飯都算合格，不過係機場食價錢好似會唔同，相對性價比就無咁高喇！
