今日食中菜。坐低無耐就先黎一盤功夫茶,6小杯。黃金炸雙棗集合左蝦棗和蟹棗二種口味,炸得外層金黃爽脆,咬落爽彈味鮮,香口不油膩。配有2款唔同既醬汁,其中一款桔既味既sauce幾特別。鹵水鵝片皮薄肉嫩,加上自成一格的鹵水汁,味道剛恰到好處,不霸道。沙茶牛肉炒河上碟已聞到陣陣濃郁的沙茶味,香氣四溢,牛肉又夠滑,食完都唔覺膩口。反沙香芋條一道好考究烹調功夫的甜點,賣相突出,咬落外脆酥香,芋香十足。讚!食到最尾,首尾呼應,又上多盤功夫茶做結尾😂,希望今晚訓得著啦!

「猪脚冻」有点类似镇江的肴肉,不过里面是用猪脚为主料,点配卤水的酱汁,很清新爽口「豉汁蒸凤爪」酥烂入味「芋丝炸春卷」典型的碳水包碳水,稍微油了一点点,里面芋丝有五香味,整体还可以「鱼翅灌汤饺」这个是做慈善的吧。50块居然能吃到这么大块的真鱼翅,灌汤饺巨鲜美,馅料诚意满满,配大红浙醋姜丝简直了,这个一定要点啊。「黄沙猪润肠粉」猪润处理的很好,先调味炒过,肠粉是那种湿润绵软的厚肠粉。「鸳鸯水晶包」潮汕传统小吃,莲蓉和豆沙馅都很细很滑,不是很甜还不错,皮比较薄,趁热吃。「咸柠檬炖鸭汤」鸭肉酥烂给了鸭腿,咸柠檬味道全煲出来了,秋天喝很养生。「黄金蟹枣」蟹肉味香浓,配上潮州独有的橘油或蜜糖,两种口味,下次来试虾枣。

Suprisingly 我从未聽過的老牌潮菜 反正在附近當然要嚐嚐。

潮菜我主要試鵝肝、鵝腸、蠔餅。
原來還有其他小點心 涼果也很OK.
今天特別試了BB鴿養燕窩湯(本來想吃魚翅),試試別的也不錯👍🏻
湯很鮮味,燕窩我則不是big fans

鵝肝還是好蔡館贏 鵝腸幾出色 豬腸太大舊有徧硬。
煎筍果是今晚spot light 必食推介!
芋蓉白果非常香滑溶化、只略嫌有點太甜有點漏感。

整體來說幾有特色,鬧市中的潮州菜,良心老店、值得支持!

最後大家想試下出面既炒麵線同奶奶炒既有咩唔同,我地就叫左碟黎試下,我地一致認為奶奶整好食好多,哈哈 !! 雖然佢都係潮州既手工麵線,但炒出黎都真係有分別,奶奶買既潮州麵線係帶咸香,但呢道冇 !! 麵質都應該有分別 ~
