To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 週末到淺水灣chill但不知道吃甚麼？推介大家到沙灘旁的Classified🏖️ 餐廳環境滿滿渡假風情，食物價錢合理而且有質素，難怪到訪當天一早已接近滿座！當天我們吃的是早餐menu，除了有bagel、benedict、pancake，亦有較飽肚的ADB、三文治，選擇眾多！個人十分推介Eggs Royale，流心的雞蛋配上酸氣十足的sourdough非常好吃，而餐廳自家製的荷蘭醬亦不會太膩🍳飲品除了cafe必有的咖啡，還有多款沙冰和果汁！超喜歡Blueberry Muffin Smoothie，清新又健康，入座期間亦不斷看到smoothie的外賣單，看來是這裏的招牌飲品喔🍹😆 continue reading

A sunny afternoon at Repulse Bay calls for a visit to Classified, and their Artisan Coffee is a must. I opted for a latte and was not disappointed. The coffee was rich, smooth, and beautifully crafted, with a delicate art swirled into the foam. Enjoying this while overlooking the beach was truly a peaceful, indulgent experience.
