呢間麵包舖在這一區都開左十幾廿年,自置焗爐做包,到而家都行過都會幫襯。有兩款包是最出色的,一是硬豬仔包,其次就是菠蘿包。硬豬仔包有大有細,做到外脆內軟熟,食左咁多年都維持水準。2蚊一個,10蚊6個,非常之街坊價錢;最適合就係買回家做豬扒包,放入焗燼焗一焗又回復新鮮好味;菠蘿包又係同樣價位2蚊一個,不過就當然以剛出爐至食得過,大大個又鬆軟,都好正。不過有美中不足的地方是呢度的硬豬好多時都會無遮無擋的放在舖面,呢度的解釋是焗住D出爐麵包會唔好呼,但沙塵滾滾,難免不合衛生。 continue reading
