晩市禁堂食，無暇自煮，幸聯和墟開了不少新食肆，鮮明滷水館是其中一間，不設堂食，只做外賣。主要賣滷水類食物，有鵝、有鴨，也有雞賣。是日小試牛刀，買了兩隻鵝翼$28X2=$56，店員熟手地斬開鵝翼，等候時間不長。一般外賣背心膠袋的包裝普通外賣膠盒，小盒是蒜醋，大盒是鵝翼鵝翼兩隻，師傅將鵝翼兩骨中間斬一刀，進食時輕鬆方便鵝翼滷得色澤亮麗，鵝翼滷得軟淋，帶肉位置肉質不會鞋，滷水汁較淡，不會死鹹，愈嚼愈香，送的花生也不少，送酒一流。配上蒜醋，可減低油膩感是次外賣，滷水鵝翼味道合格以上，下次會考慮試試半隻滷水鵝。 continue reading
