🛎️鹽焗閹仔蟹係對面海鮮檔買咗幾隻黃油閹仔蟹交比酒樓煮,煮法一定係揀鹽焗🤤。酒樓洗蟹都洗得算乾淨👍🏻,望落無乜泥沙污糟野痴住,可以放心食。鹽焗閹仔蟹都無咩花巧嘢,夠鮮味同入味,擺盤靚靚仔仔就搞掂。當晚無預約,出發前打電話去酒樓,酒樓表示有吉枱可以walk-in👌🏻。去到買完海鮮都即刻入得,眼見唔算好多人,不過有幾張留座,坐到咁上下都開始滿。啲靚姐服務幾好,食海鮮一定成碟都係殼,隻手又油淋淋咁,啲靚姐自動波換碟同補乾/濕紙巾,而且幾好禮貌👍🏻酒樓加工費合理,服務好,可以再黎食🌟不過三聖邨海鮮市場附近停車場泊車收費小貴,下次可能係市中心轉輕鐵,或者搭的士入黎😥✅食客可使用餐廳內廁所 continue reading

再一次証明所謂“名門”,作大來料斤兩,好彩今次有發記寫清楚海鮮斤兩,否則死無對證。明明62兩龍蝦作大67兩, 蜆1斤12兩,作大變40兩(炒蜆收6蚊兩),仲話條魚無收足(其實少收1兩),前後收多差不多一百蚊,理論一番,先肯改返龍蝦,瀨尿蝦斤兩,仲叫我唔好同佢計其他啦。今日爸爸生日,費時同佢再諸多理論啦,相信唔少食家都有此同感。食得海鮮都預咗唔平,但唔好食價,香港地賣嘢都係名碼實價,陀衰香港個名。名門係出望族,轉名叫黑門啦! continue reading
