To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食咗佢嘅烤雞幾次,每次都希望佢下次做得好啲,但係每次都失望而回,今次又再比機會,睇吓有冇改進,可惜仍然失望。佢嘅雞應該改名非洲烤雞😂佢好似完全冇控制時間,由個爐自由控制，所以成隻雞烤到過晒火，本來味道Ok嘅雞都破壞晒.

瞓醒第一餐就食佢，$60全隻烤雞+免費烤蔬菜一份，我連雞皮都冇食，一份蔬菜食晒。食完之後坐巴士已經開始胃唔舒服，跟住差唔多返到屋企個胃就好似抽筋咁，之後又肚痛，真係又屙又嘔，啲食物超級唔乾淨，啲衛生咁差累死人😵💫以後都唔會再幫襯😡夜晚跑咗去診所睇急症，醫生話我食物中毒。究竟係菜有問題還是隻雞😡

見佢成間食雞，唔同做法唔同味道諗住入去試下。由落單到拎餐同拎野飲全部自己黎，都唔緊要。明白香港地要慳人工，但姐姐d態度又差，又要自己去拎野飲。咁我點解仲要入商場食呀？到我坐低食野啦，發覺又要面對番叫外賣既問題。紙兜紙匙，咁。。。。。我點解要堂食呀？講番d雞，我食左無骨沙薑雞。雞呢就ok啦。但其他野完全係便當feel，0尊重0誠意咁樣都可以當一個餐拎出黎賣。集團式經營就無heart咩？？？咁我下次都識揀小店黎食。食完啦，又要自己執番d野，下次食M記仲開心dd。

堂食外賣，買左兩個套餐，正常兩支野飲，最後只比一支我，我問點解，個職員話張單無顯示，咁我咪話咁兩個套餐唔係應該跟兩支野飲咩，佢話張單無就無，之後打電話去總部問，總部話可以拎返！成個集團都99地，張單漏左你地職員唔識有彈性咁比返一支野飲客既咩？下下要打電話先會比！集團完全不人性化，職員又唔識彈性處理，d雞仲要用微波爐翻熱，絕無下次！成個集團既餐廳都唔會再幫襯，包括意樂，牛奶公司個堆！依樣係集團管理問題！
