閒日的上環, 總可以在餐廳享受片刻的寧靜Cafe Deco 這個新場走loft style , 很喜歡柱身都變成黑板, 寫了推廣的菜式 裡面有一個很大的open kitchen, 見到很大的焗爐, 很難不叫pizza 吧 我們叫了一個M6 Wagyu Beef & Prawn Pizza , 餅底真的不令人失望! 脆身的, 麵粉搓得很好 M6 和牛肉質很嫩, 想不到焗成 pizza  都不會很硬, 海蝦反而有點失色, 雖然很大很彈牙, 但是沒有什麼鮮味, 如果材料上用上越南的海蝦, 味道會更好 Mixed Mushroom Risotto , 牛肝菌加黑松露是一個perfect match 不會叫錯的配搭, 意大利飯不會太濕 , 加上 parmasan cheese , 真的很香口 2 人食, 叫兩樣就夠了, 食物的portion 很大....

我們叫了一個M6 Wagyu Beef & Prawn Pizza , 餅底真的不令人失望! 脆身的, 麵粉搓得很好 
M6 和牛肉質很嫩, 想不到焗成 pizza  都不會很硬, 海蝦反而有點失色, 雖然很大很彈牙, 但是沒有什麼鮮味, 如果材料上用上越南的海蝦, 味道會更好

Unfortunately, the smoked salmon was not placed on a bed of ice, and some tasted bad on my 2nd helping... which got me sick before I left the restaurant.  I had an omlette while my friend had a steak and egg for an extra of $20/$40.  My friend paid $150 for unlimited wine too.  We stayed for more then 2 hours, as I wanted to make sure my stomach is alright. (It was bad for 12 hours)

另外一個cholocate tart, 雖然係配上orange 既雪糕, 但個tart真係好dark cholocate, 一d都唔甜..而且仲好脆....非常好食....

waiter服務都唔錯...環境亦好有歐美感覺...正....值得再去...

The menu took a while to go over, because most every pizza had something I decidedly did not want on my pizza-- things like mayo ("aioli") and hoisin sauce. We settled on something that seemed classic enough to be harmless. Be careful what you wish for!

I aver that the pizza was indeed food, in the sense of sustenance-providing organic matter. It was not much more than that. The chicken was dry and bland. The whole thing was bland. There was a hint of sauce and a hint of cheese, but not much the taste of either. Only the squash stood out, and there was precious little of it.

We also got some garlic ciabatta. It came with two dipping sauces, romesco and nutmeg creme fraiche. The romesco was substandard, and the creme was a little weird. The bread itself was decent-- soft and garlicky. I prefer the more traditional crusty bread with butter be-sogged interior loaded with tons of minced garlic, but this was acceptable. C+

Hey, maybe we ordered the wrong thing. But I ain't coming back to find out. For now, I'll believe in good Sheung Wan pizza when I eat it. Until then, this place gets a C.

服務態度-
其實前後都打過來問有關promotion啦,Brunch啦,接既人都不同,不過佢地都好有禮物,好有耐性好詳細解答我既問題.有D地方雖然有D不足,但係我覺得佢地每個員工都好親切,服務態度好好,有問題都會有正面既回應~

在港大做完功課當然要好好慶祝一番, 找著同在港島的R小姐和W先生. 是夜叫埋嘢飲每人大概三百蚊落樓,其實論食物,西環有更好的選擇,不過未必如此店寬敞岩傾計。加水頻密,服務不錯,可以再來。

This pizza place is located on Tai Ping Shan Street which is quite hidden but if you know where Tung Wah Hospital is, they are located right opposite the hospital! The set lunch came with either salad or soup of the day. We didn't feel like having asparagus soup so we went for the salad which was actually not too bad but it didn't wow us. It was rather refreshing as it's got a mixture of sourness and spiciness together.

Calamari Fritti is one of our most frequently ordered starters, so were not particularly anticipated when we ordered it, but when we had our first bites, we knew we'd order this every time when we are here. We HATE rubbery and tough calamari rings, but these rings were firm yet tender at the same time. The batter was light and crispy but didn't feel greasy at all. The only fault was that some of the batter was detached. Oh and just look again, see how each calamari ring was deep fried to a perfect golden brown. But wait till i finish the best bit, the two sauces that came alongside! The white one is aioli which had a lovely creamy flavour with a subtle note of lemon zest and garlic. The brown one was an insanely good Thai-ish chilli sauce. It was one of those taste-bud awakening flavours. The sauce was sweet but with a gorgeous kick of coriander, lime and spice. It was so good that we even dipped our pizza with it.

If you have never had any pizza besides those from Pizza Hut, you will never understand how amazing these freshly baked pizza are, or in fact how rubbish those from Pizza Hut are. We ordered pizza both time; the first time we had Applewood Smoked Salmon Pizza and this time we had the lunch special which was the Shrimp and Chorizo Pizza.

The dough of the first pizza was perfectly baked, looked amazing, smelled even better. We loved the slightly chewy texture. It wasn't too dry and it had a really attractive charred aroma, love that! The second one, on the other hand, was slightly disappointing because of the burnt edges which tasted a bit bitter. A good pizza should have a rich blend of flavors. Low sodium pizza is just not right. The sauce base for both pizza was delicious. The first one had a classic tomato base which was overwhelmingly rich and most importantly it has enough acidity (it's just a personal preference). The second pizza has a milder avocado base because of those yummy salty chorizo.

我倆同是多心之輩, 每每想多點, 但又怕吃不完, 真矛盾。 她笑問如薄餅和意粉各來一客,是否可吃得下, 記憶中批底不特別厚, 該不難應付, 加上已餓透了, 「沒問題」三字衝口而出

記得上回挑了和牛拼虎蝦, 她不吃牛, 那就大條道理選別的素材, 逐步將範圍縮窄,幾經掙扎才來到二選一的地步。

葡式辣汁雞無疑是惹味, 但心想未必跟薄餅匹配, 還是簡單的風乾火腿野菌薄餅( $150)討好一點。

預早分切好六塊, 用叉子借力一扯, 融化的芝士未有在交纏, 很輕易便拉出來。 中心位置捏得很薄, 原以為會是相對軟熟, 沒想到入口會這麼同鬆脆。

餅底該有一套配方, 但亦應歸功於烤爐, 受熱均勻, 反轉背面一看, 出奇地未沾上太多濕氣, 咬下時感到清脆, 透出樸實的麵粉甜香

不其然在幻想蝦會有多大, 是否夠肥美肉厚?
成品端來時,陣陣蒜香隨之而來, 飄近鼻邊。 各色交錯, 用上大量素菜, 如車番茄、黃番茄、洋葱、橄欖等, 皆是慣用, 幼嫩的露荀出現卻是驚喜所在, 清甜沒粗硬纖維,料和麵條的比例恰好

一向覺得麵條成熟控制得好很蝦人, 這次口感剛好是我所鍾愛, 硬度沒全失, 中間心微實卻不失煙韌, 條條分明,沒黏在一起,不會一咬便斷開, 富嚼勁。 坊間慣用蒜片, 但這家喜用原粒蒜頭
,  甘香充分滲出, 蝦的鮮味, 還有蒜油香, 精華都被麵條吸飽
, 茄肉爆出汁水, 鮮嫩帶酸勁, 蝦肉爽彈, 超大隻的呢! 沒那種很膠性的感覺, 味道真實得多, 趁冒出熱氣,愈吃愈開胃。

吃過意粉, 又要應付半個薄餅, 聽起來好像有點吃力, 但看來這天心情大好, 加上有隻志同道合的飯腳相伴, 胃口自然大開
,  遇上出色的配搭, 禁不住一口接一口, 這邊嚷著飽, 但轉頭又乖乖的吃清光...

甜胃這時侯發出警號, 似是要表示不滿,要不是接著會到別家吃蛋糕嘆咖啡, 真想來客香蕉拖肥批或是黑車厘子芝士餅呢!

某程度上二人是有點心靈相通,同時間想爆出一句話,她提出什麼心水店名時,新的舊的好,我很多時都會接得上,又有時,我提議的剛好她也準備出動,  該用有食緣來形容嗎?

Oktoberfest Pizza is nice but full of pork smell due to the pork knuckle. Not everyone will like it. When compared with our A la carte Middleterrian Pizza, it's not a very good choice.

Overall, a nice big restaurant. There is a section of the restaurant not yet opened. I think it will be a good place for party. But it is facing a hospital which may not be acceptable by Chinese customers.
