To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好日唔去大家樂食飯，食完即刻屙嘔肚痛，真係多得大家樂唔少。琴日夜晚因為趕住有嘢出去做，又唔想走去食麥當勞，所以唯有走去大家樂食飯。平時都唔會走去大家樂，大家樂啲餐飲水準有幾差大家都有目共睹，估唔到依家差L到食完可以轉過頭對住馬桶嘔返碟飯出嚟。基本上去到都冇乜嘢好叫，咁就嗌咗個黑椒牛扒焗飯嚟食，落完order唔使1分鐘個飯已經出咗嚟，嗰下已經feel到伏伏地。個飯唔使時間焗?全部焗飯就咁放喺側邊保温有order就就咁攞出嚟就算？DLS攞到埋位打開個飯真係熱都唔熱下，充其量都係溫嘅啫。可惜我趕時間我冇攞返入去叫佢整返熱，點知食完即刻feel到個胃勁唔舒服，想嘔但係又唔係好嘔得出。到今朝食咩個胃都係頂住頂住咁，仲要屙屎係屙水出嚟。即刻請假睇醫生，醫生話應該係食咗唔乾淨嘅嘢。鬼唔知阿媽係女人！多L謝！以後唔幫襯！

Tea time 好想飲紅豆冰，經過大家樂就去食個下午茶。想增肥就叫個花生醬西多士。。。 就如圖，個樣，好次返炸幾次咁。。整少花生醬，仲唔記得俾糖漿🙈，第一次食咁冇味嘅西多。 咖哩角比較正常，因為都係廠出。雞翼ok架，夠蜜糖。紅豆冰最好🤣 紅豆少少淋，又夠甜。

今日男朋友話佢一定要食飯，唯有陪佢食大家樂啦！大家樂d晚餐我真係冇咩心水想食，去到大家樂我真係R爆頭都諗唔到食咩好，唯有偷男朋友個飯幾啖食啦，一陣先買小食haha男朋友叫左香酥大蝦西冷鐵板餐飲凍檬茶（$68）但跟餐個周打魚湯賣晒要轉做羅宋湯，辣肉腸芝士扭紋粉又賣晒要轉做炒飯。。。個羅宋湯雖然杰身唔稀，但太鹹！所謂香酥大蝦似乎係打邊爐嘅蝦，味道一般。說好的西冷呢？變左疑似早餐用嘅牛扒XD大家樂去食個早餐或者下午茶都ok，晚餐就可免則免了。。。
