To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 23-10-2023 (Mon)重陽節假期嘅晏晝,同老公行完北區公園後到lunch time,老公要搵嘢食,我話去天平邨啦,實有商場食肆,我哋行到嚟見到呢間,老公不加思索就話食呢間,因為係港式茶餐廳,實啱食,我就諗住飲杯紅豆冰算.我哋見到佢有位同冇人等位,就入去後想直入搵位,大部份茶餐廳都係咁做,但門口嘅收銀問我哋有冇位?我答冇.佢叫我哋攞張飛先,我哋撳咗飛後,佢就行入去睇,然後行返出嚟叫我哋入去坐邊張枱.點解要咁唔環保,迫我哋撳飛攞張唔可以回收嘅紙仔?坐低後覺得冷氣有啲凍,就迫我打消飲紅豆冰嘅念頭,咁就輕食叫個三文治啦,點知睇勻所有menu,發現係完全冇,只有飯麵,要食多士就要叫沙爹或五香牛肉麵嘅餐至有咁就焗食,最後我哋都要$52.00嘅嘢食,老公要鮮茄滑蛋豆腐鮮牛肉湯飯,加$6.00要熱檸水.我要沙爹牛肉即食麵,飲熱奶茶.好快,我星級麵餐裡面嘅牛乳炒滑蛋同蒜香牛油多士到嚟,然後係沙爹牛肉即食麵.之後就鮮茄滑蛋豆腐鮮牛肉湯飯, 熱檸水同熱奶茶.由於我嗅到蒜香牛油多士嘅香味,所以先快快食呢個,佢係厚多士嚟,味道啱啱好,唔錯.5分牛乳炒滑蛋呢?其實都係全熟嘅蛋,唔算得好滑.3分沙爹牛肉即食麵, 沙爹牛肉醃得夠味,而且都滑, 老公都話正;即食麵浸腍咗,我係特登嘅,因為我嘅腸胃唔係咁好,要食好腍嘅嘢,呢個正常冇問題;而個湯係唔辣,本身幾啱我,不過冇花生香.3.5分熱奶茶大大杯,可惜冇茶香,飲落都茶味都唔夠. 𠲖 o家睇menu至知,原來係立頓奶茶,自己冇技術唔奶茶?咁呢喥唔計分,但俾就只俾1分.老公嘅熱檸水呢,呢喥話係將鮮檸檬冷壓,而保留咗纖維同果肉,嚟到時就冇一片片嘅檸檬,飲落,其實係冇咩分別,只係飲得方便啲.3分老公嘅鮮茄滑蛋豆腐鮮牛肉湯飯呢?見到都有豆腐同白菜,白菜正常冇問題,豆腐同牛肉滑,飯就唔掂,硬嘅,連老公都食唔落.3.25分環境:頭先話一坐低就覺得凍,但叫完嘢食,未食前又覺得冇咁凍.抵食係 2.4分其他:食食吓,侍應放咗份下午茶menu,我睇睇,下午茶係2:00pm,亦見到有三文治同多士,lunch又會唔整呢喥嘅?

28/8早上八點光顧天平邨分店，叫了一份雞扒米粉配火腿，平時是一塊火腿上，今天改了少量火腿絲便算，查詢侍應說是公司改了，但餐牌沒有注明改了配火腿絲，兩者食落口感都不同，我懷疑厨房執錯便推說是總公司更改！

琴晚見佢轉咗餐牌就買咗個外賣，問佢幾耐拎得，佢話15-20分鐘，點知等咗46分鐘，一早知要等咁耐既我就唔叫呢間啦，叫隔離大快活都無咁嬲丫，趕時間既朋友千祈唔好係呢間叫外賣

環境好，裏面座位不會太擁擠，坐起來舒服。價位還是比較便宜的，但是可能會有點不夠吃。奶茶很絲滑很好喝👌就是點的飯菜可能會有點淡。員工態度一般，上菜速度有點慢，但也可以證明是現做的
