同屋企人慶生揀咗今次呢間西班牙餐廳試試,環境雖然唔大,但乾淨企理之餘氛圍都唔錯,又唔會嘈,店員服務亦都有禮又細心,食物方面整體都滿意😊-芝士焗粟米片配芝士醬、酸忌廉、牛油果醬 $138-🦑酥炸魷魚鬚配紅椒青檸醬 $98加有海苔碎嘅脆漿,脆得嚟唔會油淋淋,魷魚質地比較結實但唔韌,醬汁都幾杰身,但唔濃味-加拿大鮮海膽配手工豆腐,芥末柚子汁 $128預料之外嘅係手工豆腐應該係混有蝦膏,所以有蝦膏嘅鹹香鮮味,地質綿滑帶微微結實😋醬汁上調味都係會比較輕,唔怕搶過主角味,但存在感較低-🦐🦑🍋傳統西班牙海鮮炒飯 $378外觀十分靚仔,好啱打卡😆亦都好足料。整體上冇其他地方食到嘅西班牙海鮮炒飯 咁重口味,酸味會重啲,油膩感冇咁重-北海道帶子野菌黑松露忌廉意大利麵 $168正常西餐廳質素,忌廉香濃有奶油香,麵Al dente唔會過腍-🔥碳燒西班牙伊比利亞黑毛豬架配香醋燒肉汁 268🤩碟豬一擺低聞到好香碳燒味~食落脂肪分佈都多,一啲都唔鞋,口感爽彈似厚切豬頸肉咁,帶有啲啲甜甜地同豬油香😋醬汁清爽解膩,酸酸地,覺得有啲近似日式沙律醋嘅感覺。配有少少蔬菜同松露薯蓉 continue reading

一年一度母親節,與家人一嚐元朗Brother 5的西班牙菜,店面不算太大,是一家酒吧裝潢的餐廳,是次一行四人點了:半打Doz oyster $258半打 Gillardeau $378Sangria red wine $92Yuzu mojito $92手工蟹肉餅 $138西班牙海鮮炒飯 $378伊比利亞黑毛豬架 $248Gillardeau是我必點的生蠔首選,新鮮、肥大、帶海水味。手工蟹肉餅份量不是想像中的小份,滿滿的蟹肉在內,再配上炸脆餅,滿足!西班牙海鮮炒飯是媽媽的指定要吃菜式,店員端上桌時替海鮮炒飯面燃點了火燒灼一陣,並即時炒了一會海鮮飯,放滿大大隻的海鮮飯頓時香氣四溢,而的確海鮮飯用料足夠,包括蝦、藍青口、帶子、魷魚,炒飯底味道亦不錯。伊比利亞黑毛豬架是我個人滿期待的,肉質不會過硬,但未去到十分juicy,如果醬汁可以另上會更好(因為個人較喜歡吃到烤肉的原味)當日點了Sangria white wine,不過,店員上錯了red wine 就算了,仍然滿滿果香,不過,身體似乎不能承受紅酒,下次都是要更換了,哈哈。Yuzu mojito是一杯清爽易入口的cocktail ,不過,酒量淺薄的友人,又是喝了5分之一就喝不下了,原來店員解釋是用上特製20度酒精的韓國燒酒製作,友人真是嚇呆了,哈哈。整體而言,小店其實而做到中上水準,西班牙海鮮炒飯是個人滿推介的。 continue reading

呢間係元朗少有嘅高質西班牙菜😋,食物方面,我點左半打生蠔,3個小食,一個意粉,先講一下生蠔先,248蚊半打新鮮生蠔,仲要唔瘦都幾大隻,仲好新鮮,一個字正👍,煙三文魚多士真係好好食,鵝肝多士仲出色,好大塊好厚完全唔蘇,仲有少少甜香嘅味道😍🤤,之後仲有我超喜愛36個月黑毛豬火腿配哈密瓜啦,咸香度適中😋😋,仲要比我想像中超大份量😆,我覺得如果再多少少哈密瓜配食就更好,然後到北海道帶子黑松露意粉,都係想像中多,所以覺得好抵食,味道其實ok,只係我本人唔太食太多芝士,所以呢個意粉可以推介喜愛芝士嘅你們❤️最後我想講嘅係杯甜白酒真係好好飲,完全啱晒我口味,我對呢間野絕對無得彈,仲會返轉頭幫襯,其實每樣野一啲都唔貴,仲要裝修幾靚,元朗越黎越有質素,唔使下下出到尖沙咀都有咁靚又好食嘅地方chill下😆🤩 continue reading
