To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Had lunch with my colleagues at this Western resto for lunch. .I ordered the Egg Benedict with Smoked Salmon Signature Set. The toast was topped with two poached eggs, smoked salmon, spinach and hollandaise sauce. The poached egg was perfectly cooked, and the egg yolk flowed like lava over the smoked salmon when I cut into it. My colleagues ordered Grilled Sirloin Steak Set Lunch and Pan Fried Fillet of Sea Bass Set Lunch respectively. The Grilled Sirloin Steak Set Lunch included chips and vegetables. The steak was quite tender, and the chips were satisfactory. The Pan Fried Fillet of Sea Bass included potato mash and vegetables. The sea bass was meaty with a crispy fried skin. Itremained moist and pleasantly soft. Each of our sets included soup, green salad and a drink. .The resto was quite comfortable and relaxing. However, the price of the sets was quite expensive.

上個星期本身喺bricklane叫咗外賣自取，但臨時可以出黎同朋友食Lunch，所以膽粗粗問餐廳可唔可以外賣轉返堂食🙈 餐廳職員好友善，除咗將外賣食物轉返用碟上，重送咗個餐湯比我! 食物上枱時重熱辣辣。Bricklane食物質素不嬲都好好，當日既軟殼蟹eggs benedict配搭有驚喜，口感有層次，即使外賣放咗一陣，個蛋都重係流心. 軟殼蟹都重脆! 多謝職員，特別係Raymond，安排我外賣轉返堂食及提供貼心服務!
