相信好多人都壓抑咗好耐⋯等咗咁耐終於可以再一大班人出去飲下酒食下好西chilli吓!事源有位朋友試完報告話幾好,所以book咗星期五諗住成班收工聚一聚順便輕鬆吓啦。咁當日我地八點左右就上到去啦,已經大半個場有人⋯心諗好彩有book定位先!由於個燒肉爐要人到先會幫你即刻開,所以店員安排我地係室內位度坐低吹住水飲住酒等等。講吓個場先~入到去有標掟、有K唱、仲有張Beer pong檯係度俾你玩。完全唔洗驚上到去淨係得飲酒咁悶!而且人多想有私人空間唔想同人迫仲可以book個陣要間房添,book房有設最低消費不過你人多嘅話基本上好難唔過!好快店員就同我地講個爐開好可以出去燒肉,聽到呢句即刻成班食肉獸急不及待咁出晒去室外位準備開餐!出到室外,發現當初最擔心嘅情況無發生!因為有好幾把工業用大風扇吹住,完全無想像中咁焗!好喇講咗咁多係時候返正題!就係佢地最新推出嘅——日式備長炭燒肉set!每份二人日式備長碳碳爐燒肉套餐都有呢幾樣嘢:韓牛 及 美國封門柳牛舌 豬頸肉 (二人份)腩肉日式大蔥雞串 X 2虎蝦 大扇貝燒南瓜/菇/其他瓜菜 (一份) (成班食肉獸太肚餓唔記得影)自制 冷盤配菜(睇相好似得好少⋯但當你真正食個陣一個二人set已經夠兩個人食飽)問返店員先知,個set原意就係咩都有啲俾你試晒所有料,試完你鍾意邊啲就可以再落單淨嗌個款!呢個idea完全可以照顧到啲細食嘅朋友仔!完全唔洗擔心火力問題!啲嘢放落去好快就可以夾起送入口!而且因為用備長炭,基本上一啲煙都無,唔洗驚食完成身煙味!(成班燒到無停過)試完個set再另外追加嘅肉類(要另外收費架)。超新鮮,唔係普通去韓燒會食到!肉味十足,調味恰到好處!虎蝦肉質爽口一啲都唔會梅!由啲食材可見店家係食材採購方面真係有花心思去將優質嘅體驗帶俾食客。最後成班人食飽,個個都好滿足咁打算轉入返室內繼續飲下嘢⋯點知個場已經爆到無晒位。今場久違嘅聚會就係咁完滿結束走嘅時候個個都話抵食下次要再嚟過,仲話可以再約多啲人開心啲!

前晚(19-12-2019 Thur) ,部門高層喺呢喥設宴癲返晚,以慰我哋呢一年嘅辛勞,呢呢喥BBQ食物有:1.-4:牛扒,司華力腸,香腸,龍蝦丸正常冇問題.5-8: 雞扒,豬扒,雞全翼,貢丸好味,應該係加埋同事燒到啱啱好嘅功勞.價錢:任飲任食分男女,男:$350.00,女:$320.00一位.服務:密密添加飲品同食物.但我哋其實係包場,唔知點解最後佢哋俾多5組客嚟.其他:好似冇做串燒,冇得order.但我見有職員燒,應該係為喺房入面嘅客人燒.

上個禮拜約咗幾個朋友一齊去咗食串燒,佢哋帶咗我去尖沙咀樓上嘅鋪頭食串燒。估唔到尖沙咀有間咁大間嘅串燒店,仲有天台添,可以燒嘢食,地方夠大,最啱一大班人可以開party仲有兩間唔同嘅大房,仲可以一班朋友唱K添我哋叫咗四串唔同嘅丸,包括蟹子丸、貢丸、龍蝦丸同芝心丸,燒得好香。除咗丸之外,我哋仲叫咗好多唔同嘅串燒,好似有雞肉丸串、雞皮、五花豚肉同金菇卷等等...我最鍾意就係個燒雞皮,燒得好甘香好脆。呢個係燒豬鞍扒,燒得啱啱好,而且夠晒軟熟,肉質仲好結實,冇咩肥肉咁仲有個秘製醬汁,係沙嗲醬嚟嘅,味道有好香嘅花生味

同朋友TST行完街街我地周圍搵野食路過呢度見到有個廣告d串燒做緊特價價錢都幾吸引上到來感覺幾好feel先叫野飲Random Mocktail $136之後叫左d串燒食來呢度同朋友飲下野都唔錯一入到來見到個環境係酒吧格局有得玩飛鏢同酒吧玩果d game都有呢度比到好多驚喜我地原來呢度有個室外bbq 場地同埋估唔到有得唱k添啊真係幾特別k房係有兩間都幾大雜肉腸 $23雞心 $28露筍卷 $38車厘茄卷 $38呢度d 串燒燒得非常之出色火喉好夠但又keep到食物夠juicy唔會乾西冷扒 $188排得好靚好有心機啊茄子🍆 $10大蘑菇 $10翠肉瓜 $10一口牛 $10好多調味料可以落不過d野食都好夠味所以唔洗落都好好食(其中一間K房)K房好大間下(呢間細房來)戶外BBQ場地環境好舒服環境非常之有特色呢度好值得來有得BBQ、唱K同飲下野!
