行過這間包店好多次了, 唔知點解, 重係比我汲到佢外面啲麵包 Crates -有啲寫住 "聖安娜 - St Honore", 所以已經心底裡以為是 聖安娜嘅供應 factory.有日看清楚啲, 再好奇問問個女仕, 懵然不知這間其實完全唔關事.這間係無'聖'字, 只是安娜餅屋 - Anna Cake Shop (但為何又會有咁多聖安娜 crates!)唔怪得係 Openrice 無 record.是間舊店, 看來做批發都已夠生意做.但香港最近古老當時興, 反璞歸真,看來有點附近 惠籮餅店 嘅 feel... 都應該有點機會再殺出血路? continue reading
