猶記得小時候父母給的零用錢,是於上學前跟哥哥到文具店買貼紙,買填色冊,鉛筆,膠擦等,而花費最多的莫過於抽號碼籌,換來的大多數卻是“祝你好運“,到真正幸運的一天,才不過是抽到一個當時覺得很漂亮,抽到已樂透多天的巨形“噹噹“。回到學校又會到小賣部買雪糕三文治,薯片,還有我的至愛 - “口立濕“,蘿蔔絲,檸檬乾,木瓜條,話梅,陳皮……長大後知道醃制食品少吃為妙已減少進食,然而近年每逢初秋入冬之際務必購買有“地上人參“之稱的老薑 - 天氣轉涼喉嚨容易乾涸適,寒底如我,喉嚨“痕痕癢癢“,咳嗽不停。直至某年誤打誤撞發現優之良品有止寒咳,止嘔,性味辛温,有驅寒作用的“正冬薑“。以薑,鹽,白砂糖,甘草,檸檬黃,甜蜜素,檸檬酸,糖精鈉醃制的正冬薑入口味鹹,不甚霸道的辛辣靜靜地滲出,從而轉化成一股透心的“氣“從口腔直奔至喉嚨,氣管,肺部,痕癢bye bye ,咳嗽no way !寒底的食友如有喉嚨痕癢的問題可以一試。口癢時食佢,喉嚨癢時食佢,無聊時食佢,心煩時食佢,小時食佢,大時又食佢……“口立濕“陪著我成長! continue reading
