朋友生日,一大班人去食西餐我第一次黎,真係很好奇,位於街市內的ABC kitchen 8個人,將餐牌上面的餐基本上叫曬😂影了太多相西餐紅白格仔台布好搶眼成隻手掌甘大的龍蝦,新鮮,多膏生蠔啊估唔到街市都有得食,海水味都重每個餐都幾精緻,你話好好味又未到😂味道中等,但真心抵食,多人食可以樣樣都試到,好開心甜品都有好多,但是只可以post 12張相,所以其他就冇放出黎,焦糖燉蛋唔錯,好食埋單每人三百幾,真係抵食

肉係幾淋香,牛味重,煎既熟度都無問題。唯獨呢塊扒有一兩條筋,比較難切🤔
佢跟左d黃芥辣醬,呢個醬我幾欣賞,因為我平時係一d芥末類都唔掂,好怕攻鼻🙈

另一主食~海膽意大利飯,係我喜歡的海膽😍😍
有幾片芝士舖面,同埋都有兩件原整既海膽。😂😂朋友話,我生日比我食晒兩件~開心
個飯既汁剛好包覆飯粒,唔會太稀身,都有海膽鮮甜味,覺得唔錯既。

街市中的西餐,幾有特色,食物質素整體唔錯,除左街市既環境外係合格既西餐。不過呢度既服務員都係”街市格”既😂,會粗聲粗氣d,但係都有禮貌的👍🏻

再嚟焗羊肩配露筍苗、薯絲餅及沙沙醬。個狀況同牛扒有啲似,羊肉出到嚟都係比想像中生,講真羊肉係要熟少少先可以造出最佳口感,太生反而變咗食到成口渣,可惜!但個醬味道清新,薯絲餅亦足料好味。

一行六個人去食 我自己叫左份西班牙乳豬 亦都試左朋友叫嘅野食

1)磨菇湯食得出係真材實料 味道偏淡相信無落味精

2)鵝肝配多士幾好味 鵝肝份量亦都幾大

3)西班牙乳豬味道唔錯 皮好脆 肉好軟身 份量亦都相當大 仲有個薯蓉做配菜幾好食

4)朋友嘅安格斯肉眼叫左五成熟 扒好大塊但好韌要咬好耐

5)魔鬼魚都試左兩啖唔算好特別

6)蛋白餅有少少過甜

7)蘋果crumble不過不失

8)chocolate delice係我比較鍾意嘅 唔甜 朱古力味好重

整體黎講覺得啲野食都係真材實料 野食份量幾大 我地全部食到好飽 每人一個湯 total 3份starter 6份main course 同五份甜品再加sangria 埋單每人都唔洗四百蚊 算係幾抵食 味道算不過不失 如果有機會都想試下佢嘅risotto 同意粉 服務態度亦相當唔錯

第二個菜本想叫羊架但是日菜單只有羊脾! 唯有點咗個鹽焗羊脾。味道比較清淡但肉質麻麻, 似煲完老火湯嘅瘦肉, 係失望的

食完個羊脾等咗半個鐘第三個菜都未見影, 侍應們都好好, 幫我哋一催再催, 終於等到芥末子燉野兔! 第一次食呢個菜無得比較但沒有驚喜, 肉質尚算嫩滑, 味道還可以吧!
到甜品, 我哋點咗法式焦糖燉蛋和梨子拿破崙, 兩款甜品都好香滑, 香脆又唔太甜, 都很可口&滿意!

因為準備去旅行,在上環一帶行完旅行裝備鋪頭都差不多8點了。於是就依朋友提議去皇后街市上一試。第一次到這裡晚餐,比想像中地方細,我心目中以為跟文娛中心那邊差不多大細,去到發覺就是一大堂,3邊店鋪1邊窗口,每邊4,5個鋪位,有些食市連租幾個鋪位。見到格仔枱布好吸引,於是一試這西班牙菜。話係西班牙菜,感覺同意大利菜差不多,個人覺得口味一般,價錢亦唔算好經濟,碟頭份量好意大利。4個人點了2前菜,1瓶果酒,3主菜,3甜品,差不多1100。另外在旁邊鋪頭點了一個咖喱薯仔青豆同2份印度簿餅,118大元。好彩有幾塊簿餅,剛好夠飽。
