2018年嚟過一次,當時有海鮮盤等食物,服務員等態度亦很好。但這12月來的時候,店方說因為熟食中心條例,不可再賣生的海鮮。人手方面亦異常短缺,其中一位女店員,唔知係咪因為生意差定乜,態度非常差,經此一次,我們都不會再光顧。雖然食物味道可以,但如果要受到無理的白眼,同時亦不是沒有其他選擇,我們亦不會貼錢買難受。如果想受吓氣,或者揾交嗌,呢到會係一個不錯嘅地方。

while waiting for the third person we ordered the steamed clams with chorizo to nibble with our Napa Chardonnay - turned out surprisingly well in matching as the clams were juicy and tasty, it was so good we ordered a second portion!  after our friend arrived, we had a third portion for him to experience it and shared the Spanish roast suckling pig with the red wine - another winning combination.  the pig wasn't as good as the one i had in Segovia but to have it in HK is acceptable.  no corkage!

朋友歡聚話明食好西,梗係要開支酒先似樣。睇睇個wine list,都幾多選擇,取價亦十分公道。如此隨意舒服嘅環境,叫支prosecco 大家開心吓最啱!

嚟得熟食市場食西餐,就係想唔依法辦事。用麵包籃配汽酒又有何不可?更何況呢個麵包,外面香裡面軟,仲帶啲香草味,配乜都好啦!配什菜都仲得!

既然唔拘泥食乜course,叫啲main嚟開心些牙最好。先嚟西班牙燒乳豬配皺葉甘藍及薯蓉。乳豬皮脆肉嫩,底下嘅醃菜以為會好似sauerkraut 咁酸酸哋,咦?但原來係甜甜哋梅菜咁嘅味,幾得意。

跟住嚟有安格斯西冷配焗蒜苗、長薯及法邊豆。牛肉叫咗五成熟,但出嚟似三成,肉質比較韌。反而長薯夠香,法邊又豆夠嫩,蒜苗亦夠香甜,「妹仔完勝主人婆」添!(噢,掛住食「妹仔」,唔記得影相!


再嚟焗羊肩配露筍苗、薯絲餅及沙沙醬。個狀況同牛扒有啲似,羊肉出到嚟都係比想像中生,講真羊肉係要熟少少先可以造出最佳口感,太生反而變咗食到成口渣,可惜!但個醬味道清新,薯絲餅亦足料好味。

甜品要咗Pavlova同Apple Strudel。其實喺香港食到Pavlova都幾感恩,所以有呢樣甜品喺menu上面已經抵讚。至於Apple Strudel個皮有啲唔夠鬆,同埋蘋果醬少咗啲。

總括嚟講,咁多年嚟ABC Kitchen嘅水準都好平穩,可以喺熟食市場搵到咁多元化嘅西餐menu,仲有風趣得嚟又友善嘅侍應哥哥,係香港先有!

今次係第一次去abc kitchen 因為朋友介紹 環境幾特別 係個熟食市場食西餐一行六個人去食 我自己叫左份西班牙乳豬 亦都試左朋友叫嘅野食 1)磨菇湯食得出係真材實料 味道偏淡相信無落味精 2)鵝肝配多士幾好味 鵝肝份量亦都幾大3)西班牙乳豬味道唔錯 皮好脆 肉好軟身 份量亦都相當大 仲有個薯蓉做配菜幾好食4)朋友嘅安格斯肉眼叫左五成熟 扒好大塊但好韌要咬好耐5)魔鬼魚都試左兩啖唔算好特別6)蛋白餅有少少過甜7)蘋果crumble不過不失8)chocolate delice係我比較鍾意嘅 唔甜 朱古力味好重整體黎講覺得啲野食都係真材實料 野食份量幾大 我地全部食到好飽 每人一個湯 total 3份starter 6份main course 同五份甜品再加sangria 埋單每人都唔洗四百蚊 算係幾抵食 味道算不過不失 如果有機會都想試下佢嘅risotto 同意粉 服務態度亦相當唔錯

一行六個人去食 我自己叫左份西班牙乳豬 亦都試左朋友叫嘅野食

1)磨菇湯食得出係真材實料 味道偏淡相信無落味精

2)鵝肝配多士幾好味 鵝肝份量亦都幾大

3)西班牙乳豬味道唔錯 皮好脆 肉好軟身 份量亦都相當大 仲有個薯蓉做配菜幾好食

4)朋友嘅安格斯肉眼叫左五成熟 扒好大塊但好韌要咬好耐

5)魔鬼魚都試左兩啖唔算好特別

6)蛋白餅有少少過甜

7)蘋果crumble不過不失

8)chocolate delice係我比較鍾意嘅 唔甜 朱古力味好重

整體黎講覺得啲野食都係真材實料 野食份量幾大 我地全部食到好飽 每人一個湯 total 3份starter 6份main course 同五份甜品再加sangria 埋單每人都唔洗四百蚊 算係幾抵食 味道算不過不失 如果有機會都想試下佢嘅risotto 同意粉 服務態度亦相當唔錯

星期六行完山, 未夠6點去到餐廳才知道晚巿開7點! 服務員非常好, 比咗張枱我哋3人。等到6點9左右可以點餐我哋點咗兩個前菜和3個主菜。前菜係紅椒矮瓜卷同埋雜菜沙律, 味道清新好開胃, 個餐包雖然比較細但好好味令我哋非常期待主菜出場!我哋點咗3個主菜諗住share嚟食, 所以佢哋逐個菜上:第一個係西班牙燒乳豬, 味道唔錯但豬皮唔夠脆有少少失望第二個菜本想叫羊架但是日菜單只有羊脾! 唯有點咗個鹽焗羊脾。味道比較清淡但肉質麻麻, 似煲完老火湯嘅瘦肉, 係失望的食完個羊脾等咗半個鐘第三個菜都未見影, 侍應們都好好, 幫我哋一催再催, 終於等到芥末子燉野兔! 第一次食呢個菜無得比較但沒有驚喜, 肉質尚算嫩滑, 味道還可以吧!到甜品, 我哋點咗法式焦糖燉蛋和梨子拿破崙, 兩款甜品都好香滑, 香脆又唔太甜, 都很可口&滿意!

我哋點咗3個主菜諗住share嚟食, 所以佢哋逐個菜上:
第一個係西班牙燒乳豬, 味道唔錯但豬皮唔夠脆有少少失望

第二個菜本想叫羊架但是日菜單只有羊脾! 唯有點咗個鹽焗羊脾。味道比較清淡但肉質麻麻, 似煲完老火湯嘅瘦肉, 係失望的

食完個羊脾等咗半個鐘第三個菜都未見影, 侍應們都好好, 幫我哋一催再催, 終於等到芥末子燉野兔! 第一次食呢個菜無得比較但沒有驚喜, 肉質尚算嫩滑, 味道還可以吧!
甜品, 我哋點咗法式焦糖燉蛋和梨子拿破崙, 兩款甜品都好香滑, 香脆又唔太甜, 都很可口&滿意!
