while waiting for the third person we ordered the steamed clams with chorizo to nibble with our Napa Chardonnay - turned out surprisingly well in matching as the clams were juicy and tasty, it was so good we ordered a second portion! after our friend arrived, we had a third portion for him to experience it and shared the Spanish roast suckling pig with the red wine - another winning combination. the pig wasn't as good as the one i had in Segovia but to have it in HK is acceptable. no corkage! will come back with more people, drink more wines and have more food!
