三餸一湯的魚香茄子點了三餸一湯的魚香茄子。我經常點這道菜作為三餸飯之選，因為它好吃，不會難食到哪裡，有菜有肉，營養均衡又好拌飯，又易入口，沒有骨，不危險，啖啖肉，結果論，很好拌飯，肉末夠多，跟茄子比例適中，每一口都吃到彼此，而茄子亦炆得相當入味和軟綿，有透心，中間不會生生硬硬的，相當有專業酒樓水準。重要的是價錢超便宜，兩餸飯才38元，便盡港九，難怪那麼受到廣泛街坊歡迎，紅得有道理，是街坊之選。還好人流都控制得相當好，不用等4分鐘便買到外賣 continue reading
