About Reward Scheme
特別鍾情兩種義大利食品,一是手工薄餅,二是手工意粉,也許是因「手工」二字,代表是有時限性的,有着它最美味的狀態,顯得更彌足珍貴。心裏有一籃子清單,而沒有只是時間。這天晚上捨近取遠,選了公司附近的Nocino,試試傳說中的手工意粉。Nocino有數間分店,是採Pici的走向?說是預約困難其實還好,網上預訂冇難度。沒有滿座可能是因為商業區,而需付訂金也引來不少詬病。Swiss Cheese Board$148.0瑞士芝士拼盤值得推荐,平時好少食到瑞士口味,發現芝士味道同口感都幾特別,連平時十分抗拒的藍芝士都較易入口,而配搭的麵包加上無花果醬、天然蜂蜜,再配搭芝士是非常美味,令人想起《飄零燕》入面那些芝士美食(暴露年齡系列🤭)Veal Shin Ragu Pappardelle$178.0是牛頭角店限定。這款手工意粉偏向厚身,新鮮手造的關係,吃起來有一定彈性。和牛面頰肉是慢煮的關係炆得軟爛,而肉香都融注在汁醬之上。加入的Gorgonzola foam不算輕盈,甚或有點膩,但同時又為意粉帶來creamy感覺,面層還有刨絲的芝士,都幾重口味。Brown Crab Bucatini$188.0,長長的煙卷空心意粉,中間有孔洞可以更加吸汁,但可惜個汁醬並不出色,且意粉口感偏腍身。麵包蟹肉帶少少腥氣,整體蟹肉甜味唔明顯,加入青BB的青醬也無補於事,黑胡椒下得幾重手所以會偏辣,略略蓋過腥氣還算可以入口。兩款手工意粉相比之下,Veal Shin Ragu Pappardelle比較親和,能成為Signature也可以理解。不少人將這家跟Pici相比,無論是食材或手法都高一班,但霖迪認為最出色還是JEP,可惜這家要進行整改,暫時都未能再回味了。Nocino是家庭風味的餐館,也許是因為瑞士菜為基調,所以整體味道跟傳統不同,要與其他餐館比較有欠公允,但單就手工意粉而言與期望有點落差,總的而言都是一次奇妙的體驗。#牛頭角美食#文迪漫遊慢生活
