今日係2019年12月10日。一人一個，我哋去咗洲際酒店參加香港中小型企業聯合會香港星級品牌2019頒獎典禮。今日呢嗰個菜譜呢菜單呢。有金枝脆蟹鉗。瑤柱扒時蔬。。菜蛋花特菇燉享樂螺。黃金脆皮雞，海鮮炒五福香苗，上湯鮮蝦水餃麵。玫瑰湯卷杏仁茶。我哋公司今日攞獎咁就個個同事都好開心咁啊，地道洲際呢度呢第1次，不要每天食嘢，嘅食嘅水準同服務都相當之好啊。食嘅價錢都相當之貴嘅咁但係呢亦都見到好多明星，啊，有蘇志威啦，頂嘢啦。

一年一度嘅公司飯局又來啦！今次亦都比較豪爽揀咗洲際大酒店！我一心以為呢間大酒店嘅水準係超級高！亦之前幾年唔想其他酒店嘅唔如意經歷，我抱住一個終於守得雲開見月名嘅態度你到呢一間酒店享受美味嘅佳餚！去到洲際酒店外面，可能我真係冇嚟過啦，原來隔離起咗一個新嘅商場，共外貌靚到抽筋，我入咗去先知道入錯地方，唯有問吓人先發覺我去錯地方，去到酒店外面先發覺原來同隔離咁樣比較真係有一個差別啊！但我對自己講唔緊要啦你間五星級酒店水準一定好高㗎時間好快就到左開餐啦！公司嘅嗰啲咁嘅節目啊抽獎啊CEO講廢話我完全對佢哋冇興趣，只不過係想等食野！今次揀咗個菜式有12道菜！但食完之後我覺得其實只係金玉其外敗絮其中也在！其實個樣就好似唔錯，但我見味道可能仲差過其他行嘅酒店菜式啊！下面有一啲相俾大家參考下，個樣係靚啦，但個味道真係難食到嘔，我有同事食完之後都唔敢再食啦！希望酒店方面可以改善一下啦！

Intercontinental hotel is a very good place if you would like to experience more than a 5-star hotel service and food. The taste of the afternoon tea set was so good and presentation was great, I love the crab pastry and lobster bread, they were amazing. Drinks were served in a first class level. Staff are friendly and professional. I could see that Managers are leading them well. Although we have some misunderstanding on the check, but they work out very soon and we appreciated so much. We enjoyed our time and we will come back againWith regard to the food I can assure that it’s one of the highest quality dishes in hk.For breakfast I have many choices. French style Japanese style and also has traditional Chinese style the cake is soft and tasted i love it. There aren’t many places in hkThat you can find chic dishes Now comes the crunch the prices is kind of high for breakfast on average is in the 500$per person So is intercontinental hotel a good restaurant? 朋友於這間老牌５星酒店擺酒，自然滿懷希望嚟＂試菜＂～望著１８０度維港景吃飯是美的，服務亦算稱職～全晚餐單份量絕對不少，但味道參差不齊，確實有點名過於實之感。。。優：蟲草花鮑魚燉竹絲雞，又熱又足料！ 開揚葱油黑豚肉燥拌麵，惹味道十分，忍唔住食哂～可：海鮮焗釀牛油果，九唔搭八，兩者不見絲毫互補。黃金脆皮雞，冰鮮雞肉沒半點肉的彈性可言～說實話，個場唔算極級華麗，香ＸＸ拉同康ＸＸ好好多。味道ＧＥ話連鎖的彩Ｘ平均嚟講仲好過佢～

公司活動嚟呢度食晚餐 個頭盤係煙三文魚好正好正食完晒之後先發現個頭盤原來係最正喊到適中 賣相有人食完再想encore今年餐湯好鹹鹹死人唔知係咪有落味精 主菜係鱸魚同埋牛 牛無聞無味配埋紅酒汁都係唔知想點咁 魚反而正正常個甜品自助餐款式唔算多 而且感覺比去年差 我食咗一輪就冇再食啦 完全冇嗰種意猶未盡啲嘅感覺 今年就無胃口試去啲咖啡同茶 另外Haagen-Dazs雪糕拆開蓋就係雪糕 中間冇咗層膠紙 到底專登拆左定係批雪糕本來就冇膠紙呢
