剛從上海回來，便又再引證香港切實是美食天堂 No. 1。皆因在上海國際品牌五星酒店吃dinner buffet，款款食物都具形無神，賣相靚但食味差，而且價格不菲，另外，著名食店的出品又只是剛合格。說回香港，隨便走入一間茶餐廳格局的米線食店也令人有驚喜。第一次試這魚湯米線店，點了這個$38元的魚腐墨魚餅魚湯米線，跟熱奶茶。米線一上枱，賣相怡人，餸料份量十足，魚腐及煎墨魚餅各三件，不會因是下午茶餐而減料。先喝奶白魚湯，熱度夠，入口雖未至於超濃厚，仍是自然鮮甜。魚腐入口軟滑，魚肉及豆腐的味道均勻，也沒有碎骨，叫這餸料，只因自家製三個字吸引，本人本身不太偏愛魚腐這東西，但也覺頗可口。煎墨魚餅就出奇地鮮美彈牙，很久沒有嚐到這質量的墨魚膠了，外裹的腐皮更吸滿湯汁，大喜！一邊吃餸一邊吃滑滑米線，再拌以炸菜絲，每啖都豐盛熱鬧！另外，奶茶用傳統港式茶餐廳厚身圓邊瓷杯盛着，熱力能保持，也夠香滑，不知是否因看見此處是採用了Diamond能量水的原因，感覺茶底水質本身的清甜感頗出。整體感覺是物有所值！…Read More

今天只有很短的時間和老婆仔午餐就去港式茶餐廳吧至少上菜速度有保證我們在午餐時間的早段來到幸好還有位我們坐在近門的二人位置還算寬敞坐起來算舒適老婆仔叫了個43元的脆脆豬套餐選了奶油脆豬以及芝士腸煙肉通粉而我就要了35元的順德即制魚腐米線老婆仔選這個餐是因為這奶油脆豬這是老婆仔到訪茶餐廳最愛食品之一不過這個奶油脆豬算是一般沒有什麼突出老婆仔都把外面的皮讓給我吃了裡面的奶油我只嘗了部分就是一般般沒什麼特別作為工作間的午餐算是不過不失而芝士腸煙肉通粉就更是普通我也能輕易煮到了只能視作填飽肚的食物至於順德即制魚腐米線感覺上這應該是這裡的招牌菜老婆仔試了一口湯馬上說覺得很腥不過我覺得還可以但就是沒有想像中的那魚湯味感覺上不濃或者沒有100%的真材實料但麵還是可以的而那些魚腐也不錯吃起來很有味道很能送麵可惜的是時間飛逝吃飽後只坐了幾分鐘就要走了要繼續好好享受和老婆仔相處的時間…Read More
