朋友今天生日並揀食火鍋,便去了尖沙咀食生日宴。火鍋店座位寬敞,疫情關係可以一人一鍋。我們柯打了澳門豬骨煲湯底 X 2,味道冇乜特別,另一湯底是乾隆醉雞,湯底味道濃沃,唔錯。打邊爐食材有至尊招牌海鮮拼盤,海鮮,好新鮮、好鮮味。鮮白鱔片肉質嫩滑彈牙,好味道。御用手切安格斯牛小排(大),入口即溶好好味,但可惜太細片。鮮蝦丸👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻黑松露墨魚滑👎🏻。其他食物 :魚皮餃、餛飩、牛筋丸、玫瑰鬆阪豬、響鈴等ok啦。整體嚟講食海鮮鍋正,其他食材,飲品一般。 continue reading

Ig: just.feed.us 老闆話麻辣火鍋係跟大陸火鍋的辣度。食唔到辣的朋友不要嘗試。我哋食唔到啦,另外嗌咗個30 零蚊嘅湯底,老細問,我哋話太辣食唔到,佢好好人免費幫我哋換咗個清湯底。蔬菜性價比極低,半份$78得幾條便宜的菜。糍粑唔夠海底撈好食。飲品選擇偏少。食材都算新鮮,呢一餐入面最推薦係鴨血,墨魚滑都ok。湯底算平,味道不過不失。環境始終新同大,係幾舒服,服務都無咩投訴位,但2個人埋單$9**,性價比不高。 continue reading

夜晚七點幾去到, 餐廳坐滿一半都冇, 自己用手機點餐, 有啲火鍋配料要等半小時才到, 佢話主打潮汕牛肉我就點咗個潮汕牛肉拼盤, 等咗半個幾鐘先出, 好明顯佢係雪到硬曬等解凍, 佢想夾嘅時候全部仲係凍到硬曬面頭仲有雪, 啲服務員都唔會理你,見你等咗咁耐都唔會主動幫你跟我哋兩個人食咗千三蚊, 用咁嘅價錢唔應該咁嘅服務質素, 食物質素都唔講了。 continue reading
