Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 今餐食物好壞參本,八人之下談笑風生,乃就過了愉快一夜,埋單時刻,每人也不過一百七十元而已,夠晒超值。

近幾年有位叫西瓜頭X總理食評家,在其飲食節目内以草根親民貼地形式,去評核一間食店出品嘅好壞,揾食肥華亦是一個草根階層,所以對X總理在節目内粗言穢語,嘅演繹食評方式亦非常有親切感,亦可算係佢粉絲之一,而呢間金豪酒家是X總理評為是其食晚飯主場之一嘅食店,所以在6月13日有兩位醫管局前同事,誠邀肥華晚饍我就選擇此店,初入此店感覺良好,員工招呼到位,地方光猛,枱雖多而擺位冇逼挾感,睇睇菜牌價錢恰可,當日肥華三人共柯打咗五款菜色,有海鮮,有鷄,有瓜每樣味道都非常好,做得X總理主場係實至名歸,不過此店餸菜份量碟頭偏細,當日我哋三個食量普通之人,雖然食咗五款餸,但都係唔多夠喉,話雖如此亦要在此多謝X總理介细呢個主場俾揾食肥華🙏🙏🙏

淨係見到碟蝦仁炒蛋就知幾屈機,再試埋碟小弟覺得暫時係香港食個最好食嘅炒麵就知廚房功夫真係好勁,避風塘賴尿蝦帶過咁多朋友去食,冇一讚不絕口,仲要係懶人啱晒,唔使剝殼。仲有嗰碟白灼牛肉,呢味真係一絕,用料靚,生熟程度啱啱好,牛肉煮到啱啱好粉紅色加埋薑蔥一齊食原來咁夾。椒鹽鮮魷,唔油膩,粉漿唔厚,夠脆口。碟雞就應該唔係新鮮雞,但入哂味又唔柴皮。其他炒嘢都非常出色,功夫真係一流唔知有幾多人食個間?又覺得好食呢?

服務態度差,上菜勁慢,催左好幾次都仲未上菜,兩個鐘時間,食野15分鐘,凈低全部時間都等上菜😅食完一碟等半個鐘,咁funny?從未試過等咁鬼耐,每個餸份量又少,最後迫不得已想取消d餸,話整緊好快到,結果廿分鐘後話都系取消嗮,服務體驗差到冇得頂😅😓😓😓以後都唔會再黎,應該講冇以後😀

上湯菜膽雞,e個竟然係最快到,個上湯個味教得非常好,好夠味,而且都唔洗點薑蓉,重點係隻雞d肉好實,唔肥,感覺係好似食緊走地雞咁,雖然都知道係雪藏雞,但係都真係幾好味。

事頭婆炒麵,大大碟,麵好有鑊氣,不過略嫌就唔係好夠咸,而且牙菜非常非多,係唔夠咸嘅情況下再有咁多無味嘅牙菜就變得更加淡了,好彩有碟辣椒醬提升味道但係整體黎講都係夠鑊氣嘅。

最後就係肉鬆蝦乾煮涼瓜,涼瓜係e個時候當造,夠苦,甘香,夠爽口,加上上湯之後就真係可以下一下火,之前食果個賴尿蝦唔飲啤酒都幾熱氣呀!涼瓜煮得夠味,最後我地都好快就清晒所有野啦。
