今日同男朋友一齊黎左屯門, 去到夜晚既時候, 可能因為唔係市中心區域, 附近好多食肆都已經關左門, 行行下見到呢間餐廳仍然開門之餘, 仲幾旺場, 所以揀左呢間餐廳食晚餐。餐廳入面無華麗的裝修, 佢係一種好舊式的港式茶樓的感覺, 牆身貼左好多菜式名, 座位都係大圓枱同少少方枱, 好簡單樸實。一入去坐低, 待應就會問你飲咩茶, 幫你鋪枱布同埋放低餐具, 然後客人就自己洗餐具。睇睇餐牌, 發現原來呢度茶芥都幾貴, 每人$10茶錢 (假日+$2), 白飯都一樣係 $10一碗 (假日+$2), 不過就唔洗加一服務費。我地點左2個煲, 1碗白飯, 最後埋單$176, 唔算特別便宜。魚香茄子煲 ($70)海鮮雜菜煲 ($70)上菜速度適中, 唔算等左好耐就有得食。兩個煲的味道都唔錯, 先講魚香茄子煲。我覺得茄子好入味, 而且每一塊茄子🍆都煮到好淋, 係我中意的口感, 送飯一流。不過魚香味稍遜, 同埋完全無辣味會令到個煲唔夠惹味。而海鮮雜菜煲方面, 見到廚房加左魷魚🦑, 蝦米🦐, 生菜🥬, 芥蘭, 西蘭花🥦同埋粉絲。個湯汁好清, 飲落去蝦米的味道好出, 但就搶左其他海鮮的味道。整括黎講, 個煲唔係唔好食, 只係一般般。 continue reading

今日佛誕假期得我同亞仔兩個食飯就梗喺唔想煮啦,近近地就去附近呢間試吓,因為時間早所以唔使等位,叫咗兩個餸每碟份量都好大碟。金銀蛋浸時疏賣相唔差,非常足料,配時令嘅莧菜非常嫩滑,還加埋草菇提鮮使湯底非常甜美,唯美中不足喺咸蛋黃唔靚,唔喺漏油的蛋黃魚香茄子煲茄子夠嫩無渣,加入唐芹和草菇令到肉碎更加鮮味,可惜名不符實沒有魚香味,若果加入咸魚就令成個煲仔餸生色不少啦陳皮紅豆沙雖然要收茶錢,但飯後每位都會送返碗糖水,不過送完就無,紅豆煲得好綿,甜度剛好,陳皮味唔太濃但好香,唔差 continue reading

今日親戚黎左做客所以晚上決定出去食飯梅菜扣肉五花腩肉層肥層瘦賣相唔錯但係明顯冇炸過唔似傳統整法咁所以食落有啲油膩;梅菜唔老食落好腍但相反小棠菜就好老欖菜肉鬆四季豆欖菜肉鬆四季豆有茨汁冇哂鑊氣係敗筆;肉碎太肥食落啖啖肥油;未食過有草菇炒埋喺入面好搞笑沙嗲金菇肥牛煲雖然沙嗲同唐芹好香但真係好辣啊救命;肥牛唔會太厚所以食落唔韌;菠蘿甜甜酸酸浸埋啲湯入哂味陳皮紅豆沙雖然要比茶芥但係最後每人都有碗糖水;不過陳皮味唔夠濃而且似乎加左茨汁 continue reading

農家呢間飯店位於屯門大興,今次一家人嚟呢度試下菜,睇下好唔好食先。味道:唔錯,好有水準,好過酒樓級數,因此好多人嚟。有時要等位啊!收費:每人要收$10蚊位茶,有點貴呢!不過,不收加一,嚟度接受到啦。茶葉冲出來都幾濃,幾有茶味。食物:魚,通常佢哋等兩種,得烏頭同桂花。不過,今次有條石班仔,$108蚊,我哋就試咗呢條。清蒸出來,好好味,好鮮甜😍😍😍雞,有幾種口味,今次叫咗香妃雞,$85蚊,好快到,好好味。例湯,一盅,夠6-8人飲。天天唔同$88蚊。今次係蓮藕煲雞腳,湯味好濃,好好飲。時間,正常每碟餸要等大約半小時,因此,要有先頭部隊去攞位及叫餸,否則就要等好耐了。 continue reading
