依間雞蛋仔同隔離個貢荼，長期都排滿晒人，唔上吸引到遊客仲吸引到好多LOCAL。今日我襯去銀行入數，又蛇去買個黎試。今次揀左香芋味雞蛋仔，外面少少脆，入面多多餡，其實比起其他舖佢唔算貴，尖沙咀wor。唔講味，佢個樣已經好得人心，食完實大紅一紫。叫香芋，但食唔到芋頭俾，令我有小小懷疑佢係咪用色素溝出黎>< 不過其實佢個味都唔差，一般蛋香一般用料。美中不足係，有D小家，因為粒粒都唔係實心，一半左右係空心， 好唔開心><

虛有其表的雞蛋仔

本來是想嘗試九龍區另一家有名的芋泥雞蛋仔，惜一直未有機會，不過由於當天太想吃的關係就到了學校附近看似風評不錯的豐記過過口癮！因為到達時間尚早所以沒有排隊的問題，下單後即叫即整，只需5分鐘，還包括了烘乾時間，十分適合趕時間的我！香芋雞蛋仔(3/5): 經過吹風機烘乾的雞蛋仔上手溫度剛好，不過重量過輕讓我有所憂慮。不出所料，整顆雞蛋仔咬下去不但沒有外脆內軟的質感，還有種若然若失的空虛感，看似色水十足卻沒有芋頭味，也只能由剩下那微微的蛋香稍作安慰。雖然由我一個獨自完成，可是肚子的回應仍然是空蕩蕩的，究竟是我變大食了還是它的存在感太弱呢？

 香芋雞蛋仔(3/5): 經過吹風機烘乾的雞蛋仔上手溫度剛好，不過重量過輕讓我有所憂慮。不出所料，整顆雞蛋仔咬下去不但沒有外脆內軟的質感，還有種若然若失的空虛感，看似色水十足卻沒有芋頭味，也只能由剩下那微微的蛋香稍作安慰。

雖然由我一個獨自完成，可是肚子的回應仍然是空蕩蕩的，究竟是我變大食了還是它的存在感太弱呢？

    辣汁so very nice!!!魚蛋辣汁美味無窮!!!魚蛋彈彈彈!!!辣汁夠辣but this time the sauce was diluted with water as the lady couldn't be bothered to drain the balls properly...next time, I would prefer them balls on screwer

      之前來過吃魚蛋，印象中都不錯。今次試了香芋雞蛋仔，$15。雖然沒有香芋味，顏色又似紫薯，但當它是紫色原味雞蛋仔就超好吃。外脆內軟，咬下去的薯芯超厚，未看過這麼厚，所以內軟的效果比別家好好多！顏色也太靚的了，很實在的紫色啊~其實一包兩個人分很不夠，太好吃啦！
