個人本身是十分喜愛芝士蛋糕及芒果的，這個蛋糕真是我的至愛！整個芝士蛋糕，大概有１／４是芒果，芒果很鮮甜。跟芝士蛋糕一樣橙黃色的，外觀上很配合。一直都很疑惑，究竟半熟的蛋糕是什麼來的？是唔熟的蛋糕嗎？！原來半熟蛋糕就像半熟玉子一樣是流心的！當切開蛋糕的時候，中間的一層芝士Cream，像是會流出來一樣！芝士蛋糕的芝士對於我這個芝士迷來說，芝士味濃而不膩，還很幼滑的。餅底亦是十分讚的！是硬身的餅碎餅底，用以可以承托軟身的芝士蛋糕，亦十分美味！
