之前於‘’螢火‘’吃過午餐便一試難忘,今晚決定和朋友再訪,試試晚餐水準是否同樣高質。我們點選了二人前的龍蝦鐵板燒($1190一位),包括:🥗沙律~吃主菜前先以清新的冰菜沙律開啟我們的味蕾。🥚黑魚子鵝肝蒸蛋~鵝肝蒸蛋口感滑溜,味道甘甜。🦞龍蝦~龍蝦上枱時還活生生,非常生猛。師傅先把龍蝦頭的膏烹調成醬汁,燒龍蝦肉的火候控制得剛剛好,蘸滿龍蝦蝦頭膏的龍蝦肉口感爽口彈牙,味道鮮美,令人齒頰留香。🥣清酒煮蜆~師傅先以錫紙製成的窩盛載着清酒,再用火把清酒加熱,把香氣提昇。最後把清酒倒入上湯大蜆內,令整道菜更昇華。🐟汁煮白鱈魚~鱈魚以法式洋蔥湯為湯底,湯清魚鮮。🪿鵝肝多士~匈牙利鵝肝配意大利焦糖醬,肥美甘香。🥩日本A5和牛薄燒及厚燒~牛肉肉味濃郁,五成熟的熟成度剛剛好,油花分布均勻,油脂甘美。🦐🍚櫻花蝦炒飯~這道炒飯特別之處在於炒飯面上鋪了一隻燶邊荷包蛋,蛋邊香脆,蛋漿拌飯來吃,滋味無窮。🥣漬物,吸物~師傅以先前的龍蝦頭用來淆製麵豉湯,令湯頭鮮甜可口。🍨甜品~開心果雪糕香滑冰涼,滿滿的開心果味,令人滿足。🪹🍶餐廳現時凡惠顧鐵板燒晚餐,每位均送一隻磯煮鮑魚,鮑魚十分煙韌彈牙。另外更推行全日指定清酒免費任飲(午餐90分鐘,晚餐120分鐘)。即使平日不是好酒的我們,也凑熱鬧挑選了心儀的清酒杯,小酙一番。🈹️如客人點選壽司吧的Omakase 廚師發辦十六品套餐(全日供應,原價$1380一位),更可享「二人同行,一人免費」的優惠呢。㊗️用餐中途,侍應亦一如上次我吃午餐時那樣,遞上了I Pad給我們,叫我們在上面寫上祝願字句。只要在I Pad寫上字句,祝願句語便會自動投射至許願牆上的天燈。效果特別,創意及趣味十足。我和朋友已約定下次相約一眾好友,book間鐵板燒房,那便可擁有屬於我們的私人用膳空間。總括來說,今次晚餐和上次午餐一樣,絕對是一埸高質美食體驗,CP值相當高。Read More
