有時也不得不承認,如果聽到有好吃的東西﹝當然「好」的程度,甚至比心目中認為市面上最好的還要好﹞,總會心思思想試的。已是第二次到來,頭一趟,人多到不能置信。是次來到,只得三人在排隊,當然又加入行列之中。幾底一起烘,3分鐘也不用,熱辣辣的雞蛋仔已到手。這裡的,皮脆,有餡,但卻是實實的。個人而言,不介意多餡或少餡,但雞蛋仔至緊要做得鬆軟,及蛋味夠香。吃到這麼「實淨」的雞蛋仔,心已涼了半截。吃落發現,蛋味欠奉,還有刺喉的食後感,明顯是粉下得太多了。7蚊一底,是比北角的掌門人便宜。但個人覺得,絕對不比掌門人好。沒有再來的必要,還是去另一邊「篤」牛什還好。

2007年4月20日。行完麥里浩徑第三段去了太安樓食雞蛋仔和車仔麵。排了5分鐘隊,排隊時看到還有格仔餅。但沒有吃,因為單看已經是很硬的樣子。小時候吃的是地道的格仔餅,熱烘烘、軟呼呼的。絕不是現在像鬼佬的waffle。(waffle是好吃,但港產格仔餅是港產格仔餅,跟老外的waffle是不一樣的。) 而阿蘇介紹的雞蛋仔,餡是有的,的確很多地方做的雞蛋仔連餡都沒有了,但卻沒有蛋味,有神沒髓。不過,北角有名的雞蛋仔也不見得很好,一樣名過其實。

過開香港個頭, 專登去搵太安樓, 我係第一次去太安樓ge, 原來入面有好多野食, 見到阿蘇介紹ge 雞蛋仔, 我就排隊買雞蛋仔, 係我前面大約6,7個人排緊隊, 唔算多人, 有個阿姐負責收錢同整格仔餅ge, 睇住佢一次收幾個人ge 錢, 之後又唔記得, 我比左錢一陣, 佢又問我攞錢, 我話比左喇, 我後面果個又係咁比佢問, 好心佢無記性就唔好收咁多個人ge 錢la, 輪到我拎雞蛋仔, 哥哥仔見我拎一底重唔走, 問我係5 係要兩底...咁我話係, 個哥哥仔講說話好細聲好斯文, 但佢同阿姐係無溝通ge, 人地話要幾底就比幾底.我買左兩底3 個人分, 雞蛋仔烘得唔夠脆, 食左幾粒就淋喇, 普普通通算ok la ^^想搵埋阿蘇介紹ge 車仔麫, 但搵唔到, 可能休息la !

看過電視介紹以為有多好吃結果去到排隊要排半天老闆做到手軟生意好卻臉很臭雞蛋仔咬到嘴累兼牙痛一點都不脆也沒什麼香味我是覺得北角的好吃ㄧ點啦...下次別被騙了~

自從蘇絲黃介紹過太安樓的雞蛋仔和車仔麵檔,兩間野的生意滔滔不絕,做都做唔切,有次我中午時間經過,雞蛋仔檔更未開舖,認真大鼻。是日要去聽個垃圾seminar,下課後便跑到太安樓湊湊熱鬧。是下午三點幾,己有人在排隊,不過人數不多,也就買一底雞蛋仔擺!雖是即場制作,但明顯烘得不夠,沒有一點脆口的。餡料是有,卻沒有蛋香。阿蘇仲話呢間好食過北角雞蛋仔,開玩笑!有時電視推介既野真不可盡信,靠自己把口會較穩陣。

與友人到太安樓食嘢,行經雞蛋仔檔,嘩!咁多人排隊既?細看之下原來賣$4-的雞蛋仔,現在要$7-仲要排長龍,即時放棄食o既念頭,以前買o既原因係因為抵食且味道ok,但現在似乎不太值得排隊等了......

去開太古城就搭叮叮過黎試下,親身體驗阿蘇既威力!排咗20分鐘先買到,但好失望,食第一粒反應係..吓!好好食咩?個心係煙un,不過太多粉,好似食麻薯波咁,又唔甜(我都唔好甜)又冇蛋味,好食過佢大把!冇下次!

搭電車經過北角,見到果間排隊的人約有十人,係咪都因為果句,呢度的人客少左呢?
