喺新蒲崗中心食完飯,諗住睇下有乜嘢糖水舖可以潤下個喉嚨,點知行到出去馬路見到對面有一間叫做華園甜品,上網睇吓見到原來係新蒲崗區好出名,而且仲係老字號添,所以我哋就入去試吓。入到去都見到差不多滿座的,而且裝修都係一般,比較舊式,我哋都係坐啲舊款嘅摺櫈。不過落單都有啲難度,因為啲店員比較忙,幾經辛苦之下終於叫到店員落單,我就叫咗蛋白燉鮮奶,我朋友就叫咗木瓜燉雪耳,兩個都係熱的。個蛋白燉鮮奶望落去好滑,一碗仔咁多,食落去好有鮮奶嘅味道,而且味道好濃郁,好滑添,食完真係再想食多一碗,但係實在太飽啦,都係留返下次先食。木瓜燉雪耳係一盅的,入面都有好多料啊,有好大大嚿嘅木瓜,好多雪耳,而且木瓜雪耳水唔太甜,都幾清甜,味道剛剛好,木瓜好林,好甜添啊!下次會再食其他,因為實在太多選擇啦。

人生第一次入新蒲崗,難得有野做過左黎緊係要食下好西之後先走啦。剛好經過呢間糖水店,見到出面寫住米芝蓮推介, 專售中式糖水。既然如此厲害,當然要入去試試啦!叫左呢碗芝麻燉鮮奶,等左唔洗3分鐘就有得食啦,熱辣辣架。質素真係非常令人滿意👍🏻👍🏻 燉奶又滑又香濃,中間仲有一「吉」就湧出黎既芝麻餡,香濃無比!味濃既芝麻配燉奶一齊食確實係無得輸!而且 整體甜度岩岩好,絕對值得一個100分‼️難怪會米芝蓮推介啦,下次再入新蒲崗一定會再黎!

而且 整體甜度岩岩好,絕對值得一個100分‼️

難怪會米芝蓮推介啦,下次再入新蒲崗一定會再黎!

難得來到新蒲崗,當然要多吃幾間出名的食店才夠滿足. 來到米芝蓮推介的華園甜品專家,店內實而不華,走街坊小店路線. 元宵節當日下午4時,店內也有不少客人,不過就可以直入,不用等位. 一早已決定吃糊類糖水,與家人各自選一客,不過家父吃畢他的糖水後,要加碼多點一款,實在太為食了~ 腰果糊 $18 我選了只限星期六/日才供應的腰果糊,淺啡色的腰果糊,熱度相當足夠,是熱到燙口的一種,喝糖水當然要夠熱才好喝~ 非常幼滑的腰果糊,內裡完全沒有腰果的顆粒,全都磨成幼滑的糖水了. 不過腰果本身就是淡口的果仁,所以腰果味比較淡薄,可幸糖水甜度適中,連一向愛清淡口味的我都覺得甜度剛剛好,如果假日來到,不妨點這款試試! 合桃糊 $18 媽媽選了合桃糊,顏色比我選的腰果糊深啡色一點,同樣相當幼滑,合桃味更為濃郁,這款也很不錯. 芝麻糊 $18 爸爸則選了芝麻糊,因為他說要與廣州的糖水店比較一番,不過他說雖然芝麻糊夠幼滑,但仍不及他在廣州吃過的香濃出色,所以下次我上廣州的話,他會放工外帶芝麻糊給我吃喎! 但個人而言,以$18 的定價可有這種水準,仍是可以一試的. 薑汁燉蛋 $19 爸爸多點了一客薑

腰果糊 $18

薑汁燉蛋 $19

爸爸多點了一客薑汁燉蛋,不過只是比暖熱一點,不是我喜歡的熱燙出品. 薑汁味不會太濃,但是燉蛋卻相當嫩滑,稍為欠了一點熱度,否則會更吸引.

4款甜品結帳才不過$73,算是幾抵食,不過新蒲崗是我絕少會來的地方,也不知下次再訪是何時了~
