太座來西區開會,順道等我放工,很不湊巧,滂沱大雨,下個不停,索性在附近享受一頓晚餐才回家。這家店子,午市曾來過,印象不差,建議太座在此用餐兼避雨,況且門前餐牌介紹的二人餐看似不錯。拾級而上到食肆,適逢星期一,通常食客不多,有靠窗的座位,可看到街上打著傘也衣衫盡濕的路人,好不狼狽!看看餐牌,自選套餐如門口擺放著的一樣,與太座商量後,選了冰鎮鮑魚,以清酒浸煮過,冰涼中透出酒香,鮑魚爽口帶點煙韌,口感不錯。接著是駿宮原盅燉湯,只是簡單的家常紅蘿蔔青蘿蔔加花生,勝在夠濃,而且沒觸試到味精的蹤影,因為沒有奇怪的特別鮮甜味。瑤柱香妃雞,加了瑤柱絲煮茨汁在雞上,味道可以,肉質也滑,正正常常。接下來有點費煞思量,要從14款小菜中選兩款,最後決定由太座選一款,我選一款,她選了天白靈芝菰扒豆腐,天白靈芝菰是我們較少見的菇菌,廚師將其切成鮑魚片狀,加以蠔油茨燴之,非常軟滑,併紅燒豆腐,雖然是素食,但味道不寡,太座和我都喜歡。我選了紅酒燴牛尾,以瓦煲盛著來,如岩漿冒著煙的汁液,牛尾的香味隨著空氣飄進鼻孔,竟然是兒時在西餐廳吃牛利意粉的味道,牛尾炆得夠身,肉一挑便離骨,有番茄甘筍洋蔥等同煮,入味之餘,也很有西菜的感覺,配飯一流。加些銀兩,點了原條金花尾龍躉,可選生炆或清蒸,點了生炆,原條略略炸過後,以肉絲冬菇絲等炆,惟現今海魚難求,魚味難臻極致,但求晚飯有尾魚佐飯,中庸之道,夫復何求!餐後給太座饗以蛋白杏仁茶,養顏潤膚,味道純香天然,應是真品,吃得愜意。飯後,雨下得稍遜,若不打道回府,更待何時?Read More

Its dinner set menu offers a good selection of seafood, chicken, soup, stirred fried dishes at a very reasonable price for HKD200 per person.We ordered Whole Abalone on Ice, Poached Chicken with dried scallop gravy, house soup (Night Blooming Cereus with pork soup). Then for 2 persons, you can select 2 dishes from the wok specialties, which come with a variety of fish, meat, vegetable household dishes. Crispy Sweet and Sour Pork and Stir-fried beef and bitter melon with black bean sauce were our selected dishes. The whole abalone on ice - crunchy and springy, but very easy well braised. It was just the right size for diners to finish in 2 bites. Poached chicken with dry scallop gravy – I was amazed how tender the chicken meat were. The dry scallop gravy with bok choy was a good combination. House soup (Night Blooming Cereus with pork soup) – very family style. It would remind you the homemade soup you can get from mom, of course MSG-free Crispy Sweet and Sour Pork – very well-made dish. Chewy, tangy-sweet, and comforting. Stir-fried beef and bitter melon with black bean sauce – another common family-style Chinese dish. For bitter melon, a salty component, like Chinese black beans, helps balance the bitterness. On top of the dinner set, we have also ordered Baked Squid with Salted Egg Yolk and Braised E-fu noodle with Mushroom and Shrimp Roe. Baked Squid with Salted Egg Yolk is one of the better salted egg dishes around. Slices of fried squid coated in a generous amount of super creamy salted egg sauce. 約了朋友到上環吃飯,我們看到一家往上走,每層階梯都有燈的這間餐廳,外面看上去非常華麗。二人餐$368嗎?還真的滿便宜耶!先來的是鮑魚,以冰鎮的方式上菜,雖然塗上wasabi是有點特別,但還保有本身的鮮味,口感彈牙但不過韌,算是不錯了。瑤柱香妃雞份量不多,獻汁有點多了,但雞肉還是嫩口鬆軟,也沒有乾柴的口感,味道也是正常,當然又把它吃完了。湯品雖是是普通的燉湯,霸王花非常稔軟,豬展的肉煮得很鬆軟,湯底帶甘甜肉香,絲毫突兀的味精感都沒有。豆漿准山時蔬,帶甜的湯,准山屬於爽口類,比較少見,另外還帶蘑菇跟唐生菜,非常清但不會淡味的一道「菜」賽螃蟹做得CERAMY又滑,也是不錯~龍蝦只需在二人餐上加$198,至於抵不抵?至少它肉有龍蝦味,伊麵底很大,份量已接近平日酒樓較少的龍蝦伊麵,但外面在賣300多,這裡200就有交易,味道不比酒樓差,實在很超值!侍應超親切,主動送上免費甜品,這椰汁紅豆糕椰香是不錯了,紅豆稍稍更了些,煮久一點會更好喔~Read More

上星期六兩老來我家執整,忙了大半天,午餐只是吃外賣點心和蒸包,雖然他們都很喜歡,但我總是覺得有點兒那個.....為了好好感謝兩老,就陪他們做最喜歡的事情。老人家多數喜歡什麼?嘆茶啦!趁自己還是放假中,今日帶兩老走遠一點,去上環飲茶,如果只是他們自己的話,兩老就不會去咁遠。環境高貴優雅,雲石枱、石器擺設、吊燈、鮮花等,還有半落地大玻璃窗,感覺舒適開揚,有別於一般的茶樓的裝潢。地方不少,共有兩層,還分內外兩區,設有一張大圓枱、幾張二至四人枱,靠窗有排沙發椅配二至四人枱。***********************午巿時段有精選套餐 Lunch Set Menu由11:30-14:15,共四道菜,有湯、點心、精選小炒和飯麵,$68起,我們點了兩份。是日原盅花朝燉湯 FDD Soup 是老黃瓜赤小豆豬骨,熱辣辣,最滋味。味道香濃,入口順喉,老黃瓜相當腍嫩多汁,好有家的味道,岩晒一直缺湯水的我。四款點心Dim-Sum 中揀了嶺南燒賣和出爐叉燒酥,每客兩件。嶺南燒賣Cantonese Steamed Minced Pork Dumpling 熱辣辣,大大粒又紮實,一睇就知好足料。肉鮮香,仲有彈牙的蝦仁,最喜歡是沒有混入大量的肥膏,不覺肥膩,加埋頂頭爆卜卜的蟹籽,用料上乘。出爐叉燒酥Baked Barbecued Pork Puffs 外表金黃,好靚仔!外層酥皮又鬆又酥脆,食落無油膩感,中間捲滿滿的叉燒饀料,味道甜甜地,不錯!在十多精選小炒 Wok Specialties中,選了帶子賽螃蟹 Scramble Egg White & Scallop ($98),滿滿一大碟,咁多蛋白,應該用了不少隻雞蛋炮製而成,很足料!吃前老爸先邊淋些醋汁,邊拌勻蛋黃,更添美味。蛋白弄得相當滑溜,伴上爽嫩的帶子肉,味道更鮮香,更豐富,推介!我當然看中涼瓜炆海斑頭腩 Braised Grouper, Tofu & Bitter Melon ($118)啦!以煲仔盛載上枱,熱度十足!份量亦十足,涼瓜甘苦爽口,烹調入味。最吸引我當然是啖啖肉的海斑頭腩,表面沾上薄薄的芡汁,味道剛好,肉嫩鮮味,優質!飯麵 Rice & Noodles 有四款選擇,除白飯外,其他也要加錢,但一見魚湯我就兩眼發光,要了兩碗鮮魚湯魚滑米線 Fish Paste in Fresh Fish Soup (+$12)。嘩!驚喜呀!估不到麵料咁豐富,有清爽的勝瓜、甘荀和芹菜、爽口的雜菌,還有幾件鮮味彈牙的鯪魚肉,果然足料。米線滑嘟嘟,口感佳,舀羹鮮香的魚湯同吃就最美味。*********************除套餐外,還有單點,有小食、點心、煎炸焗點心、粉麵飯和甜品。兩老最愛吃點心,套餐只有兩客點心又點會夠喉?點了一客駿官.蝦餃皇 FDD Shrimp Dumpling ($30),正方形的蒸籠好特別。一客四件,每件都脹卜卜,晶瑩剔透,皮薄饀靚。薄滑的外皮包着滿滿的饀料,啖啖彈牙鮮味的蝦肉和鮮香的豬肉,蝦肉佔的比例多,正!吃落一點也不油膩,老媽讚不絕口。還點了一客黑金流沙包 Steamed Bamboo Charcoal Bun with Egg Yolk($30),圓碌碌,脹卜卜。黑色的包身畫上金紋,好酷!包身相當軟熟,一摵開,流沙饀緩緩流出,流心狀剛好,既香滑又鹹香,份量合宜,吃落沒有溜滯感,老爸大讚!******************************蔬菜不能少,在小食系列中揀了一客有機鮮茄野菌魚湯浸唐生菜 Organic Tomato & Mushroom Fish Soup With Chinese Lettuce ($45),選材色彩豐富,用料亦豐富,有爽嫩的唐生菜、鮮活的蕃茄、爽口的雜菌和清香的芹菜,浸在鮮香的魚湯中,少油少鹽,健康有益。最後,老爸連魚湯也通通喝光。------------------------------嘆完茶,吃完咁多美味的點心,還以為兩老好滿足,點知他們話要去坐摩天輪,真是返老還童,好吧!今日就「嘆茶樂,家庭樂,一起吃喝玩樂」。Read More

今日黎到呢間位於上環區既中菜館食晚飯。唔好以為上環食中菜一定會超級貴喎。俾我發現左呢間超值又唔會話好貴既高級中菜館🥰正。餐廳係酒店裡面,係地鐵站一出行幾分鐘就到,都容易搵到。餐廳提供左一個超值套餐,兩個人都岩叫,太好了🥰 二人餐:$368有一個頭盤前菜,盅湯,三款小菜,白飯。頭盤我當然揀 冰鎮鮑魚都算大隻,仲幫我地處理好個鮑魚,等我地可以一啖放入口。口感新鮮又爽口,夠哂冰涼。同調左味道,所以我覺得唔沾豉油都夠哂好味!🤤大大盅既燉湯,仲要係好足料!飲落味道好濃郁,好好飲。瑤柱香妃雞🐓兩個人既份量岩哂。香妃雞用左瑤柱調味,食落味道更加香濃。啲雞肉都幾嫩滑,夠哂入味👍唔錯自選小菜:揀左 海鮮賽螃蟹🦀️推薦。平時出去食到既都覺得麻麻。呢度既賽螃蟹夠哂鮮味,唔係只靠醋去調味。將雞蛋 攪匀好,食落每啖都夠哂味。粒粒既帶子又好爽口,好滋味!蝦仁紅燒豆腐👍呢個都唔錯。蝦仁🍤好大隻,食落好彈牙新鮮。豆腐味道唔會話好濃味,又幾好!仲加左錢叫左條 金花尾龍躉🐟都唔貴,都係$148就有一條新鮮龍蠆,肉質好鮮味嫩滑,真心推薦。好正!食到大家都超級飽。仲送左糖水俾我地,好好味既楊枝甘露,夠哂芒果香味!正!另外想讚一讚呢度既服務好好,啲人好nice。有機會下次會再來!👍Read More

上星期已想約姨姨飲茶,不過姨姨剛巧有約,建議改為復活節假期,也好,今個假期我亦沒有特別事情幹。雖然今天雨下過不停,亦無損我們飲茶的雅興。花朝·駿宮雖位於上環酒店,但點心,小菜價錢卻意想不到大眾化,大部份比連鎖酒店的便宜,甚具質素,我們都說值得再次回頭光顧。剛才被些許雨淋濕,此刻喝上原盅花朝燉湯,正好暖身也暖胃。原盅花朝燉湯原來是白菜乾豬肉湯,天然的白菜乾經熬煮後逼出其甘甜,順口美味,補充營養。簡約的帶子賽螃蟹為舌尖帶來不一樣的風味,蛋白注入鮮奶炒,創造出柔和爽滑感,再放入鮮嫩的帶子拌炒,混合蛋黃,陳醋品嚐,餘韻陣陣,再三回味。面對這有型有格的黑金流沙包,很難不「相機食先」。當我一撕開流沙包,黃澄澄的蛋黃奶黃流沙沿著包子皮潺潺流出,超燙口,但又忍不住把它快速送進口裡。黑金流湯包十分鬆軟,配上香濃的流沙內餡,絕對沒人能受得了。鹹鹹甜甜的蛋黃奶黃流沙很涮嘴,若叫我再吃上半打的話,我一定樂意奉陪。韭菜鮮蝦春卷令我們愛不釋口,春卷個頭不少,外皮一嚼脆不可擋,韭菜,鮮蝦餡料愈嚼愈香,香味四溢,融入唇齒,絕對不能錯過。對於蝦的點心我完全沒抵抗力,又點上一籠翡翠菜苗餃。半透明的餃皮包裹著翠綠的菠菜和滿有彈勁的蝦肉,彼此鮮上加鮮,味道討喜。駿宮·蝦餃皇晶瑩的餃皮,裡面的鮮蝦餡料約隱約現,圓渾有致。蝦肉脆彈鮮美,整顆蝦餃吃來大滿足,滿腔充斥著蝦肉,真不愧為駿宮·蝦餃皇。花膠魚肚蒸走地雞用料實在,驚為天人。花膠魚肚蒸走地雞撒滿不少蟲草花,蟲草花幽香滲進走地雞裡,雞肉嫩滑,而雞汁往花膠魚肚下流,花膠魚肚吸飽精髓,鮮彈味美,十分下飯。龍蝦湯鮮竹卷浸泡在龍蝦湯中,腐皮燜得軟而不爛,同時吸收龍蝦湯的精華,重點它不死鹹,內裡蔬菜,豬肉餡料會噴汁的,吃時小心燙口。原隻鮑魚燒賣皇黃色表皮纖薄帶彈度,豬肉,鮮蝦肉餡同樣有彈勁,幾顆蟹籽的點綴,燒賣皇更為脆甜,最上頭的原隻鮑魚是本燒賣皇的特色,海鮮鮮甜味破表。即焗燕窩蛋撻多層酥皮酥香感十足,蛋漿部份蛋味濃郁,細滑極致,絲絲燕窩幾乎佈滿蛋撻的表層,咬一口,香甜燕窩蛋滋味直衝腦門。Read More

聽講上環有一間唔錯嘅中式菜館,咁啱媽媽又在附近返工,就去試一試,都幾近上環地鐵站。首先講吓一定要比嘅錢就係兩位總共茶芥$12 x 2,正常來講小食 $20但係佢冇比到我哋,所以我哋都冇食。花雕酒原隻鮑魚$48.1隻×2超級入味,啲酒嘅香味深入左鮑魚裏面而且非常彈牙唔會太煙韌好容易咬開。XO醬凍撈青瓜海參$68海參要整得好不容易,呢間嗰個硬度都算適中,比較好食就係青瓜酸酸地幾開胃。配搭XO醬比想像中就OK。天白靈菇扒時蔬$108看起來好像鮑魚,其實是菇,好健康,底下是生菜看起來鮮嫩吃起來鮮甜。大澳馬友雞粒炒飯$108雞粒炒飯分量十足,最主要就是炒飯每一粒分明夠乾身,吃起來具有鹹香。海皇酸辣羹$48酸辣羹的材料比想像中豐富得多,而且酸味及辣味都符合一般香港人標準,所以值得一試,我們就兩位share一個。豉蒜涼瓜炆上肉排$118涼瓜炒得很香,當然也會帶點苦澀味但是不嚴重,加上上肉排有充足的豬肉份量,提升了不少鮮味。總括而言,環境不錯,如果吃小菜的話好抵食,兩個人上面菜式都食唔晒。也有其他更珍貴食材選擇,豐儉由人。Read More
