Chef Ecy’s Dining Experience:🥰 Food | Ambience | Service | Easy Access | Restroom Cleanliness | Price | Easy Parking | Wheelchair Friendly🙂 😠 Pet Friendly | Corkage Fee | Cake Cutting Fee This restaurant has many branches across Hong Kong, but this particular one is located in Wan Chai. It’s my first time visiting, and I’m very impressed with their food and drinks. The iced passion fruit drink (青檸百香果) is especially refreshing - perfect for summer! According to their menu, they specialize in homemade noodles. Their soup base is freshly boiled daily using premium ingredients like chicken, pork bones, and vegetables, with no added MSG. For afternoon tea, I ordered a light meal: 10 pork dumplings (白菜豬肉餃) and a smoked meat onion bun (洋蔥牛肉手功餡餅). The bun is made to order, so it took a while to arrive, but it was worth the wait - huge, like a hamburger! The exterior was crispy without being greasy, and the flavor was delicious. My only suggestion would be to use sweet onions instead of purple onions, as the latter were slightly spicy. The dumplings were also excellent - juicy, well-balanced, and not overly salty. Dipping them in vinegar enhanced the flavor perfectly, and I ended up finishing every bite! What an incredible afternoon tea! I’ll definitely return to try their homemade noodles. Practical Info:- Transport: Easily accessible by tram, bus, minibus, or MTR (4-minute walk from Wan Chai Station Exit B2). - Accessibility: Street-level entrance (wheelchair-friendly). - Parking: Metered parking nearby or paid lots at Pacific Place/Hopewell Centre. - Facilities: Clean, tidy restrooms inside. A fantastic spot - highly recommended!
