撥開啲娃娃菜見到滿滿嘅花甲,同事表示花甲鮮甜唔腥,叫清湯係明智選擇,因為湯底吸收曬娃娃菜同花甲嘅鮮甜,令到粉絲都好鮮甜。牛柏葉唔靱夠爽口,而滷豬大腸夠入味,入口即溶。另外,面頭嘅芫茜同炸黃豆雖然係配角,但有著畫龍點睛嘅作用,提升咗清湯嘅層次。

滿分選手心必點金湯湯底,湯鮮甜開胃帶點微辣,花甲和粉絲這個組合是絕配,亦有配菜如娃娃菜、豆卜、金菇~
每隻花甲上面都舖滿蒜香混合醋味,隻隻開口,份量也好多,我大概也食了15隻以上~每隻洗得很乾淨,食得安心又放心,喜歡花甲真的不能錯過,必叫!來到也預了吃燒烤,這碗二人分巳非常足夠!
