之前去尼間鋪買土產土貨嘅經歷真值得多寫幾句。一開始入去都唔理人,睇到想買多野先至態度微微改善。計數時好快加埋所有貨,完全未話清楚尼個菜几多錢,果個几多錢。好多野都唔算明碼實價⋯⋯計完數感覺好有問題,想叫佢慢慢再多計一次,塊面完全恐怖⋯⋯最后都证實左係計錯條數,差額都幾大。以前完全未試過買甘多嘢連張單都冇,加之后續回憶返佢嘅待客同埋計數過程,攪到心情極之差。我只知如果日後要去買土產,我寧可行多步過海去買。 continue reading

一向愛吃甜點和QQ食物的我早就聽過寧波湯丸的大名, 一試之下簡直是驚為天人, 所以每次放假回香港都一定要特地到老三陽買湯圓回味回味~~雖然應該很多人都吃過, 但還是介紹一下吧包裝一點都不花俏, 也很有懷舊的感覺盒子側面也簡單的寫了是寧波名點裡面是封好的賿盤子, 共有九顆湯圓 (對我來說是太少啦)看的出來很新鮮, 麵糰水份很充足的感覺直接跳到完成品~剛熟的樣子, 湯圓呈橢圓形, 皮有些地方較薄, 透出裡面芝麻蓉的顏色 (湯頭是自家的薑湯)湯圓皮厚度剛好, 有嚼勁, 芝麻蓉超多, 又香又甜, 更有點沙沙的口感咬開後芝麻蓉會慢慢的溢出來, 而不是像水一般的流出來再一張側拍, 可以看的更清楚, 芝麻蓉很多很實在, 是’半固體’寧波湯圓料又足又便宜, 質素和味道比很多坊間糖水店要好多了, 即使加價到二十元仍然超值! continue reading

今日係重陽節但係家人下個星期先拜山, 所以今日係自由活動日見天色大好, 風和日麗, 老公一早問我想去邊, 係我無意見情況下去左梅窩登高整個旅程好好玩, 我2010年夏天後, 秋天初第一天郊遊, 十分開懷完程時決定到近timesquare的老三陽會一會大閘蟹時令即時令, 聽聞9月食乸, 10月食公, 但大閘蟹點都係乸多膏0的同老公一人二隻, 最後買了四隻二公二乸回家嘆蟹是老三陽的店員幫我地選的, 送埋紫蘇葉, 生薑, 赤砂糖我們還買了大家都讚好吃的湯圓, 大size的9粒 $20, 小size的24粒$20詢明店員哪一款比較好吃, 店員說小size的比較多人買, 而且開了出來給我看個size有幾小我覺得店員招待不錯, 快手又幫到忙回家很晚, 所以第二天下午才蒸來吃, 開始了2010年第一次大閘蟹宴本來我想洗蟹, 放在雪櫃的觸拿出來沒反應, 後來洗時, 牠們慢慢醒來了眼仔伸長了起來, 腳撐撐, 把我嚇倒了, 莫非之前是冬眠了??!還是請老公代為洗蟹, 我去煮湯圓好了, 湯圓用上薑同赤砂糖, 超口味是次十分滿意 continue reading
