由今年的端午節開始先發現糉子係咁好味,我仲學咗自己包咸肉糉😅 自己第一次包的被投訴鬆泡泡! 咁我週圍問人邊度有好味糉,就問到銅鑼灣細細間的老舖有好好味的上海糉🤩 @ 銅鑼灣登龍街的老三陽呢隻係“蛋黃咸肉鮮肉粽” 本身好夠味千期唔好再落豉油呀🙅‍♀️ 扎得好實淨糯米軟糯蛋黃香夠油唔乾咸肉比較硬但係我又搵唔到鮮肉(可能溶化咗) 有少少瑕疵就係條藍色繩好似甩色😅 咁我諗食一次唔會死架啦!下次再買就問問係咪食用色素! continue reading

老三陽 蛋黃紫米鮮肉粽 呢幾年我都有幫襯佢地, 因為我覺得佢用料靚, 味道好! 👍佢地既粽有別於常見的三角形,老三陽賣的是上海嘉湖粽, 外貌係長條形! 粽的餡料與長度相約, 上海鹹粽最獨特是用豉油、老抽等醃製糯米,上海醬油濃而不鹹,烹調後的糯米多數呈焦糖色.入面的餡料份量剛剛好! 我選左紫米因為營養價值高🤭 入面既肉係半肥瘦!!😍特別要讚的仲有咸蛋, 當你番去切開就知🥢色澤靚有油份, 不死實不乾身, 食落還有沙沙既感覺!😋😋👍好正!鹹度適中! 十分值得推介比大家!佢地共有約20多款口味, 有咸粽/甜粽/瑤柱粽/素粽, 總有幾款岩你口味!🤭佢每款糉都會用吾同顏色既繩綁實,因有20多款口味,用黎方便識別。所以買左很多粽都吾使擔心,因為付錢後,店員馬上會比張清單你,詳細列明顏色繩子對應的粽子味道!到時番去,今日想食邊隻 就一目了然!! 👀👍 continue reading

呢間是老字號,相信它的名氣才光顧啊!● 正常散買都會貴一點,優點是可以逐隻揀,揀到隻隻都靚先至買,因為有無肉、是否爆膏都差很遠,但也要專重先問店員可否逐隻揀,他說可以,我便以一些基本的選蟹方法,不夠好的你當然不會要啦,怎料他說不要按 D 蟹啊,我答道:「不按牠怎會知是否實肉啊!」他便不客氣地說會弄傷D蟹,就此一句,我以後都不會再幫趁啊!可能該店是做批發多,便不喜歡做這些"小生意"啊~~~● 至於蟹的質素,其實尚好,蟹黃金香、軟滑,白膏很"Lim",肉厚鮮甜,可惜膏不算多,未能盡興。買了4隻蟹公,共 $637,即 每隻 $159,$400 / 斤,@五兩半$159 一隻,真的似乎貴了一點啊!而且己是十月廿幾,己經是水尾。。。不減反加 continue reading

大閘蟹不常吃,每年只吃兩~三回,幫襯也只有選擇老字號,一般會揀老三陽,因為她是老上海及灣仔幾間高級滬菜館的供應商。要了$90/隻的五兩陽澄湖蟹,還未凍得要穿厚褸,蟹當造期未到,無論肉質及蟹膏亦不夠肥美,胃納珍貴,要吃還是要再等多一星。 continue reading

其實在老三陽買過唔少嘢, 但總是忘記影相 . 通常買菜類嘢居多, 買回去自己煮有日見到有粽賣, 俾他人遊說可買回會去試試呀, 因很特別的. 店舖話這是上海粽, 同廣東粽會唔同. 這粽看上去真的比較幼身, 但還是用上箬葉包, 同埋也有四角. 店舖話這唔會有豆茸同肥豬肉.端午節在前, 就買隻嚟八下 & Try My Brest... *********************金華火腿加咸蛋黃粽 -沒有了肥豬肉, 代表蒸或拾完後會沒有了豬油香. 這方面, 私人來說本應是 compromise 少少都無緊要, 因為身體健康在先. 但發覺原來連廋的豬肉也無乜個時, 好像不能太接受到... 金華火腿同咸蛋更是少得可憐. 老實講, 本來見這裡賣的是所謂正宗北方粽做法, 也覺得可能各花入各眼吧, 就當我食唔習不懂欣賞算了! 但好奇心拘使我做了點 research 後發現, 原來北方粽根本也並不是這裡所講的? 新或舊派的也不是, 而他們更加是食甜嘅多過鹹. 不明白為何要騙我? 定還是我可能 research 得不太正確? >.< 如果反正這也未必是正宗的話, 就無乜理由要做成這形式了.. 因為兩頭唔到岸, 唔太好食又不是正宗, 買它有咩用? Additionally, I found out that apparently, Mexico and Brazil also make a Tamale & Pamonha 粽 version! Japan also makes some but these originated from China rather than being invented separately by themselves such as the South American ones. Anyway, this one here wasn't very enjoyable and mainly only tasted of sticky rice. continue reading
