小弟從來都不是酸辣米線粉絲、直至我遇上「秋拾米線」 ,位於新蒲崗、用料認真、其中最令我驚艷的莫過於他的通心米線、孤陋寡聞的我第一次吃到、就像一條既長又滑溜的空心通心粉、而且更是有「坑紋的」 。 魚腐是繼上環生記魚湯米線(已結業)之後最令我有衝擊味蕾的魚腐、好比坊間那些順德菜館魚腐好很多、他能夠做到魚味十足之外、又不會像坊間那些一樣做到疏乎厘口感、軟硬適中、更帶有濃濃的蛋香味、 豬頸肉吃得出別有用心,外型討好有𠝹花紋之餘、即叫即炸熱辣辣、咬落的時候有香茅、腌製味道剛好、而且做到皮脆肉爽、蝦多士用料十足、$24兩件用原隻蝦,蝦爽彈、麵包不會做到全口油配上芥辣「爽」、只可惜豬軟骨,其中一件比較過硬、湯底絕對比那些連鎖店優勝、儘管畢竟有「師傅」相信這間米線必會爆紅、希望能夠保持到水準、價錢、食物質素以及食物份量絕對CP high, 香港需要多些這種用心經營的店舖

叫外賣超過一小時都未ready, 走咗幾個車手都未出到份外賣, 咁我就打電話俾餐廳 第一次就話幫我跟張單 過咗幾分鐘收到app入面cancel 我張單 話其中一樣食物賣晒 當時已經order咗超過80分鐘, 咁我就再打電話俾間餐廳,餐廳就話唔係佢哋取消我張單,喺平台取消我張單,而我就話如果你哋接單嘅時候就應該確認夠唔夠材料先接,而唔係過咗成個幾鐘先取消人哋話冇,而餐廳話唔係佢哋嘅問題,係我嘅問題喎 接咗單都要排隊 排到我嘅時候唔夠食材都冇辦法喎!

經過新蒲崗見到咁多人排隊嘅米線店味道一定唔差米線可以轉薯粉揀軟硬度走韭菜芽菜等等~小食都有超多🥹好多都想食不過食唔到咁多揀最想食嘅蝦多士,發覺好多枱都有叫脆卜卜蝦肉爽口彈牙✨招牌魚腐米線額外加左墨魚春卷,生菜本身附腐竹,豆卜,翡翠苗、芽菜,韭菜都好多配料豬骨湯底少少濃稠唔會好稀而且唔膩魚腐同春卷都係炸過再上,食落少少脆脆地兩款都唔會太鹹,墨魚春卷食落相對再爽啲好立克可以揀多奶少奶🤣仲有啲好少聽嘅檸益,兒童鴛鴦啱曬鍾意唔同口味嘅人原來呢到大熱係碳燒豬頸肉!下次黎再試下🔥

唔係實實在在個種,
如果你只係想食嘅湯底,只係得少辣肉醬和酸菜嘅味道,可以一試。😆
