今次我哋點咗兩碗米線同埋幾款小食,以下係具體評價:

新蒲崗最近有間好火熱嘅冇味精米線舖-秋拾米線,小食十分出名,亦上咗YouTube Channel,經過於是去試吓。今次就試咗好多款小食及配料,有蝦多士,軟見豬頸肉,兩碗米線(魚腐,雞翼,墨魚春卷菜底 &豬軟骨,墨魚頭,魚腐酸辣米線BB辣)。最出名嘅蝦多士麵包非常鬆軟,用上原隻鮮蝦,平而唔會炸到曲起,配上蜜糖芥末醬份外惹味,一人一件啱啱好。原件豬頸肉則份量非常多,有少少似泰國菜方式嘅豬頸肉,用香茅及其他配料醃製加上泰式醬汁,又香十足,亦比平時喺泰國舖叫嘅份量多。米線配料就最喜歡佢哋嘅自家製魚腐,慢煮豬軟骨,魚腐魚肉味香濃,亦保持到彈牙,民主豬軟骨一蚊到非常腍身及入味。另外墨魚頭亦非常新鮮爽口。秋拾米線非常值得喺米線關注組擁有一席位。

平日晚上 8 點左右嚟到秋拾米線,唔洗等位直入 Lucky Day!豬軟骨薯粉真係好好味!豬軟骨煮得入味,肉質軟嫩,輕輕一咬就能感受到肉汁流出來,好滿足。薯粉的口感滑滑的,配上濃郁的湯底,整道菜味道更加提升,讓人忍不住想多吃幾口。豬頸肉米線也非常推薦!豬頸肉烤得剛剛好,肉質鮮嫩多汁,還帶點油脂,吃起來特別香。米線煮得彈牙又不軟爛,搭配特製的醬汁,香氣四溢,讓人每一口都感到滿足。尖掓皮蛋勁辣超醒神!皮蛋外層滑滑的,內裡的蛋黃金黃還帶有淡淡的鹹香味。配上特製的辣椒、醬油、蔥,味道更加開胃,真係好好食。最後,炸豆腐是我最喜歡的!外皮炸得金黃酥脆,裡面保持著柔滑的口感,吃一口時,香脆的外皮和嫩滑的豆腐形成了完美的對比,食到停唔到口❤️幾道菜無論口感還是味道都非常出色,一定要來試試!
