喺柴灣熟食中心入面呢間「真好味燒腊」幾乎係街坊心頭好,雖然位置唔顯眼,但每次一到食飯時段,人龍就見到佢有口皆碑。佢哋嘅係招牌:燒鴨皮脆肉嫩,燒味油潤而不膩;叉燒條件啱啱好,一口咬下去甜味香而有肉汁;下面嗰舊飯焦香撲面,拌埋醬汁唔夠抵?我覺得簡直係親手做飯嘅感覺——平民又滿足。仲有其他幾款街坊常點,例如,雞翼鳴勁腍滑,每一口都能感受到醬汁滲入;或者,蛋嫩蛋香同燒味夾得好自然,係早餐好夥伴。蔥蒜香同豉油比例冇走火,飯食到最後一粒,每口都係溫暖心房嘅舊香港味。價錢又十分親民:一碗雙拼飯大概 $50–60(視乎份量),以柴灣區嚟講抵到喊。環境就係典型熟食中心 feel,但乾淨企理有冷氣,侍應夠快手,行動流暢;最重要係,食完一餐,你會好有「返屋企」嘅感覺。 continue reading

柴灣區自從多了戲院,放假唔洗再屈係屋企,可以輕鬆換件衫落樓去睇戲睇完戲行過附近街市,有間專賣外賣既燒味鋪食左好多年,我個最喜歡佢既滷水斬料同叉燒例牌買飯返屋企食,一盒雙拼飯才$30份量多,斬料又多叉燒油雞飯叉燒大約有10件,厚切油雞好彩有脾位,真幸運叉燒半肥瘦,食落甜香有蜜味,鬆軟而多汁,這個價位,超水準演出油雞皮薄肉嫩夠入味,再來一匙薑蔥簡直係滿分仲會搭多2條菜,起碼唔會淨係食肉咁單調斬料快靚正,另外燒鴨都係幾好既選擇 continue reading

二月下旬‧晴已不常來這一區了,難得重來,立即來這裡買條叉燒。這裡的叉燒好吃之餘。還可以自選。那懂選的在下,當然吃得到好貨色了。再說一次,叉燒要選圓碌碌的,不用帶肥,也鬆化好吃。因為是脢頭肉,就這樣簡單。25元一條,便宜抵吃。 continue reading
