有一次因緣際會之下來這裏買大量海味，於是有一個餐贈送了這間益昌行的XO醬。XO醬，以往聽到這個名字，都覺得是香香辣辣的，看到這間東西的XO醬，賣相好像非常吸引，甚為堂皇的。但是打開後，卻發現不算特別，味道也是普通，內容有點乾瑤柱絲，不算太多，味道以蝦為主，比起以往所吃到的好像沒有那麼香濃。我用來撈營多都不感到怎麼香濃但有天，友人拿了xo醬去煎脆肉瓜，立即顯得大煙又有鑊氣，比起乾用來撈麵好吃 但這兒的服務非常好，阿姐都會將各種海味配料一一介紹，細心，而且都會提供各種不同價格的，任君選擇。 continue reading
