Introduction
申聯 is a small shop in Tsim Sha Tsui that specializes in selling and serving Shanghainese hairy crab. Guests can choose to buy the hairy crabs and cook them at home or to eat them at the restaurant. Apart from selling the whole crab, they also sell boxes of the crab meat soaked in crab roe.

今日心血來潮玩下懷舊、返回小學時期曾住過的「柯士甸大廈」一遊。事隔40年第一次重遊柯士甸大廈！大廈架構變化不大！只不過進入大廈天井位、分別開有兩間食肆及一間賣大閘蟹的上海店！呢間大閘蟹專賣店原來在此址開咗30幾年。👍🏻😘😘記得小時候住這區的上海人特別多！能夠在如此隱蔽位置屹立30幾年應該不㑹差到那裡！👍🏻😘入內正在不知如何選擇之際、老闆夫婦問我買嚟係自己食或要送禮？佢話自己食、佢即答咁只要買中價便可！幫我揀咗三隻($130/隻) 及細心教我如何烹調！👍🏻😘果然冇令我失望！呢三隻係我回流以來最大隻最多膏！今次才搞清楚原來我鍾意食「漿」口個種膏係公蟹！以後記住唔好買錯！👍🏻😋😋😋😋😋😋
