日本直送北海道元貝,每隻元貝都大大粒,每粒差唔多有1.5 cm厚啊,上面鋪上經調味過的蒜蓉牛油,大概燒6至8分鐘就食得㗎啦,眼見新鮮嘅元貝汁邊燒邊滲出來,滾動滾動咁,視覺上真的很治癒哦!元貝入口爽甜彈牙,其中的鮮元貝汁和加上濃郁的鹽蒜味,混合起來超級惹味的湯汁呀!平時單點要$35/隻,依家只是$98就可以任食,食四隻都已經回晒本有多啦,而我最後總共食咗八隻啊,真係會賺哂喇! 

🔮明太子湯烏冬伴月見
烏冬上面鋪滿咗紫菜,蔥花,飯素,鮮明太子和日本溫泉蛋,廚師特登只加入三份一碗滿的高湯,係想客人將蛋汁,明太子和其他配料撈勻之後,烏冬都可以均勻地吸收晒蛋汁和明太子的味道,造成質掛汁的效果,烏冬入口非常煙靭,明太子蛋汁入口亦10分鮮香微辣惹味,而且仲要只係$58一碗,份量十足,銅鑼灣嚟講,價錢真係好抵呀! 

🔮大蜆冷麵
如果想叫一個凍凍地的主食嚟解吓膩的話,呢個大蜆冷麵亦都係推介,新鮮大蜆,即叫即煮再過冷河,所以每粒蜆肉都十分之爽口鮮甜,而蕎麥冷麵爽滑有嚼口,秘製的冷面汁在混入Wasabi,清涼微甜又辛辣,的確十分之解膩呀!

好耐冇食燒肉啦!今日我地去左「燒肉の殿堂 」食燒肉。餐廳裝潢好有日式風味,最緊要座位寬敞,不會坐得逼狹,而且抽風系統做得好好,食完不會成身油煙味。厚牛舌超厚牛舌,裡面肉質粉嫩,Q彈爽口。A5肩胛特選牛味濃郁,油花均勻,入口非常軟腍。薄豬腩豬腩肉肥瘦相間,入口肉質軟腍,不點任何醬汁都好入味。日本A5和牛 黑松露炙燒壽司即燒即食,可以選擇全熟或半生熟,和牛軟腍,配以黑松露,吃起來油潤噴香,肉感十足。鹽蒜元貝大大隻元貝,上面放滿蒜蓉,蒜味十足。明太子撈烏冬伴月見烏冬彈牙,再配上溫泉蛋,令烏冬更滑溜溜,咸鮮味十足。殿堂玉子飯飯上面有滿滿的紫菜、蔥、飯素、溫泉蛋撈勻一齊,口感濕潤,配上燒肉一齊食,可以減低油膩感。月伴紫林顏色夢幻,可爾必思加梳打,解膩一流白雪奇緣冰荔枝梳打,荔枝好清甜,甜度適中。
