蒸氣火鍋的好處是能把海鮮的鮮甜直接保留起來,讓食客更能品嚐到海鮮的獨特鮮味。最重要的當然是這裡的海鮮真的十分新鮮。
而且這裏的侍應都十分友善,主動為我們放海鮮,基本上整頓晚餐都無需動手,侍應已經幫我們準備好所有。還會幫食客安排蒸煮的時間長短,即刻完全無需操心。讓食客能輕輕鬆鬆的慢慢享受到蒸氣海鮮的鮮味。

而我最期待的北寄貝也上場了,這裏的北寄具非常大隻,大廚預先幫我們把北寄貝清潔及切好,然後再作調味,也是以蒜蓉粉絲清蒸的,我第一次吃這味道的北寄貝,通常北寄貝都是以日式的食法,以刺身呈現在大家眼前,但原來已蒜蓉粉絲清蒸,味道是非常不錯的,鮮味十足,很鮮甜,而且肉質也是相當彈牙。

今天和舊老闆聚餐,大家都一致要到旺角的潮福蒸氣石鍋吃海鮮定食,因為這樣冷的天氣,吃蒸氣海鮮最好不過!大連飽魚加上蟲草,又香又滑,很有鮑魚的新鮮!美國石蠔真大隻,也很新鮮,口感一流,蠔味十足!象牙蚌仔又香又滑,真的很爽口!象拔蚌是很有鮮甜味,令我們胃口大開!日夲大元具清蒸粉絲,真的很清但帶着鮮甜! 瑤柱鮮淮山粥真的很香,因為集合了海鮮的精華!我們還叫了蟲草雞,釀凉瓜,什菜篮,葱花卷和馬拉糕!  想不到任食海鮮定食,又如此多選擇,性價比高,真的不錯!

蟲草花蒸新鮮雞($148半隻)
特登試吓啲蟲草花先,因為有落蜜棗,令到蟲草花非常清甜有咬口。雞嘅份量好多,兩個人食唔晒,真係可以蒸得啱啱好,唔會過熟又冇血水。

嗰晚同朋友聚餐,食唔到一個鐘,全店跳制.好快, 有好多食客食霸皇餐冇俾錢就走.我哋先食咗套餐的海鮮拼盆,一心諗住唔可以咁缺德,願意為拼盆埋單, 點知個套餐先1188,佢哋夠膽死同我哋逐件海鮮計開我哋七百幾蚊.同台有朋友見佢哋咁唔老實已經準備報警.最後我哋擾攘到佢哋的八折憂惠時段,問佢哋如果我哋去你哋其他分店食埋我哋單上面啲嘢可唔可以計八折.佢哋諗都唔諗就話唔得.如果唔係朋友聚餐唔想掃興, 早就轉咗場.(當然我哋最後係按照承諾喺佢哋尖沙咀分店繼續食,明顯尖沙咀分店比較旺場,亦比較識做生意-雖然佢哋尖沙咀店都想混水摸魚將套餐啲嘢拆出嚟計,即係收完我哋套餐價再將套餐入要嘅嘢拆開計落哋張單度,不過好彩由七點食到十一點的游擊進食情況下我都仲清醒睇到張單有問題)蒸氣鍋係有新鮮感,但係如果多種海鮮一齊蒸,有啲會過熟。有好多次服務員又較得時間太短,攪到啲嘢唔夠熟,又要等佢哋嚟再較過。但係我個人認為試新嘢都可以揀個食得開心啲嘅地方試。專登為咗哩件事開OPENRICE ACCOUNT.只係希望大家以後唔好去俾人劏.不過你如果同你個荷包過唔去我當然唔阻你.

蒸氣鍋係有新鮮感,但係如果多種海鮮一齊蒸,有啲會過熟。有好多次服務員又較得時間太短,攪到啲嘢唔夠熟,又要等佢哋嚟再較過。但係我個人認為試新嘢都可以揀個食得開心啲嘅地方試。
