一大清早要落聯和墟辦點事,當然第一件事是醫肚.源興餐廳這個位置,先後都轉過手,其實見生意不錯都要結業,成本貴可想而知.講真,一個早餐不過廿蚊左右,今次仲要係鮑魚火腿絲公仔麵,配雙蛋,睇腸檯上碗麵,賣相有點好笑,鮑片即是螺片得兩片,火腿絲少許,就算加上菜蔬,都蓋不了碗面,其實味道真的不錯,又不會淥得馬虎,面包出奇鬆軟可口,比起煎雙蛋更吸引,剔開份量不講,旁邊另有一間同類食公仔麵檔,競爭可說不少. continue reading
