海港食得多,第一次嚟大埔中心分店食晚飯,以為日頭飲茶ok,夜晚都差不多,誰知.....無幾耐前食過長腳蟹,今次就揀「龍蝦蒸蒸餐」,$1200全包,看似好抵食!波士頓龍蝦、龍躉其餘嘅,菜心、走地雞、安格斯肥牛、粗糧拼盤沙白蜆、蝦丸、豚肉丸首先食龍蝦,波士頓,得個外殼,肉少得可憐,膏係腥,睇嚟唔多新鮮有個侍應姐姐會從旁協助,幫手擺嘢去蒸,調校時間,以為好好招呼,到蒸牛同豬肉時,佢一邊講:每樣蒸埋得少少,唔夠分,不如一齊蒸;都未回應叫停佢,碟牛同豬已經落哂😤😤😤一嚟有家人唔食牛,二嚟牛同豬蒸嘅時間都唔同,一齊蒸咪錯哂😩😩😩再一次,又係個位侍應姐姐,又係快手快腳地將成盤雜糧,與蝦丸、豬肉丸一齊蒸☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️今次無出聲,完全自把自為就將呢三碟倒哂落去😑😑😑兩隻味道嘅丸都無乜味,唔講都唔知係食緊豬肉丸同蝦丸。粟米、南瓜無甜味。芋頭夠淋。迷李番薯幾好。菜心,一般。唔甜,有d太淋、有d好硬,都唔知點蒸。另外無影相:-沙白蜆,一般,無乜味-龍躉,幾好,爽身,厚肉-走地雞,唔錯,肉質鮮嫩最後粥底精華,ok的。順帶一提,枱嘅周圍都好污糟。Read More

阿媽係都要黎海港食飯,已經次次都中招架啦 ﹗又要 order 搵笨實孖寶,唉 ﹗您鍾意啦,您生日您話事。辣椒油,其實用唔到辣椒油,只係好奇想試試味道。半點辣味都無咁搞笑既?個兩條椒係裝飾?油浸尖筍,咬落微爽,不過味道偏甜,醬味勁厚,完全包到尖筍實一實。海蜇燻蹄,最初黎左碟燻蹄既皮好似被人用牙咬走晒咁,勁肉酸,即刻要求經理換過碟。好彩第二碟無問題,海蜇爽滑、燻蹄軟棉,沾上大量酸醋中規中句,如果加些麻油會香口一點。現成酸醋實在太普通,記得小學時期酒樓自家調製,酸酸甜甜,香氣濃郁,令人非常開胃,依家有此味道既食肆真係少之又少,隨緣吧。椒絲腐乳通菜炒牛肉,通菜質量麻麻地,有點硬而且水份欠奉。個芡汁好杰又厚,漿到實一實,味道單調平淡,腐乳味道微弱。走油醃牛肉都好腍,略略乸過免免強強,最敝全無鑊氣。響螺燉雞湯,隻雞完全煲到無晒味,又鞋又韌又起渣,沾點豉油還好,但食兩啖最終都要放棄。響螺肉好味,海味味鮮甜出眾,軟腍富彈性。好鍾意飲湯,尤其是燉湯 ﹗芬芳撲鼻,雞味清香無比,飲落雞味濃厚,加上響螺肉鮮味,堅好飲,連飲四五碗,清呀 ﹗百寶冬瓜盅湯,得兩款燉湯揀乍,響螺燉雞湯已飲過,輪到試冬瓜盅啦 ﹗熱騰騰,每次都忘記冬瓜有幾熱,大啖咬落去又淥到口入面甩皮喇,陰功 ﹗大大舊原隻冬瓜加入蟹柳、蝦肉、瘦肉、青瓜、鮮百合、竹笙、冬菇、草菇、圓肉、脆肉瓜、火鴨絲、節瓜、等等,勁多料 ﹗湯汁超級清甜,好好味 ﹗冬瓜燉得透徹,索盡所有精華,好食到不得了 ﹗味道濃郁又清甜,冬瓜既腍又索盡湯既精華,好食又好飲 ﹗整個冬瓜盅完完全全消滅,太鍾意飲湯喇 ﹗連渣都無得剩。魚湯浸花膠娃娃菜,估唔到會係明火喎。個魚湯底淺如水,試兩啖放棄,怕會有副作用,頸渴就麻煩喇。廉價花膠桶,有點腥,只爽不膠口。娃娃菜完全唔似娃娃菜,不爽不嫩不多汁,菜葉又鞋又粗又韌 ﹗十足大陸旺菜,好難食 ﹗盡力試多幾塊,最後都係要放棄 ﹗鮑魚雞煲,次次都啫啫雞煲真係好鬼悶,終於都搞搞新意思喇,我好鍾意食依個煲啊 ﹗醬油爆得雞件非常香口,肉嫩幼嫩剛剛熟,又有散發著濃郁鮑魚味道,份量十足大大煲。鮑魚又彈又香,好味道。椒鹽蝦,侍應姐姐話請我地食,多謝呀,唔通認得我係我阿媽個仔?本應有贈卷先有得送架。唔夠新鮮既蝦最好就椒鹽架喇,蝦肉又至於話霉既,只係有少少腍囉,味道又咸左少少囉,蝦殼有點油又唔夠胞囉,唔可以連殼食呢。芝士焗澳洲龍蝦烏冬,依個真係不得了呀 ﹗menu 寫住有斤半龍蝦收我四百蚊 ﹗入口便知龍定蟲,居然比隔夜雪藏龍蝦我食?有無搞錯呀 ﹗龍蝦肉用鹽乸到勁咸,質感有部份霉肉、有部份脆口 ﹗毫無鮮味,食落口已好明顯係食緊死蝦,一心黎係想食新鮮澳洲游水龍蝦 ﹗真係火都黎呀 ﹗芝士烏冬還可以,嚥嚥韌韌又滑溜,並不是街邊貨,但四百蚊食碟死蝦烏冬,氣難下。籠仔水蟹糯米飯,低處未算低,從未食過咁難食架 ﹗見傳菜阿姐攞住籠飯去另外一檯食客,之後攞回廚房,再送飯比我地。懷疑籠飯係該食客退貨,再轉到我地手中囉 ﹗蒸飯連煙都沒有,只是微暖,蟹同飯都出晒水,放左好一段長時間。蟹肉完全無味道又乾爭爭,衰過雪藏。飯粒撈左豉油同蒜蓉勁咸,但半點蟹味都沒有,劣 ﹗薑蔥生蠔,生蠔有用脆漿炸過再回鑊炒香打芡,見有食家推介咪專登試試囉 ﹗炸得鬆化不硬,但味道咸得要命,免強入到口,送白飯可能會好一點,芡汁杰撻撻,試一次便夠。蒜蓉粉絲蒸聖子皇,又乾又鞋又韌,趙緊香口膠一樣,蒸到過晒火,本應蒸三分鐘就已經食得 ﹗救命呀,所有海鮮全軍覆沒 ﹗上湯焗波士頓龍蝦手打烏冬,最正係個手打烏冬,嚥韌滑溜又米香出眾,掛上大量上湯湧入口,好好味,絕不是平價即食烏冬 ﹗而且索晒上湯同龍蝦既精華,真心好食 ﹗幾十蚊龍蝦都預左無咩肉食架喇,味道及質地合格。清蒸沙巴龍躉 2 斤孖寶套餐,最初上條一斤都無既魚仔上檯,大過我手掌一丁點,係我想發爛之前,個部長叔叔突然醒目左,衝過黎自動收返條魚話上錯檯,算您快我一步啦 ﹗再等廿分鐘,大魚到喇 ﹗但睇黎都係無兩斤,唔係大陸計法十兩當一斤麻?算數,我趕時間 ﹗無侍應拆魚,要我自己做埋,都算數 ﹗蒸得幾鬼鞋架喎,都算數,是但食晒去唔好浪費。脆皮乳豬半隻孖寶套餐,隻豬堅係好食好,齋係食瞓疴 ﹗肥騰騰,無肉食,層皮翻燒過火,雖然略脆,但入口即散。竹笙海皇翅,我原本 order 蟹肉海皇翅架,無就無計啦 ﹗個個都唔飲,話之您,我自己飲,好味道啊 ﹗湯底濃濃雞湯味,大量竹笙跟翅針,滿足。終於散叫個湯係滿意架喇,怨氣度稍為回落一點。燒鵝半隻,海港招牌菜,最穩陣 ﹗HKD158 都好合理。身材健碩,結實又大隻,遺憾地太過肥、太過油 ﹗香噴噴降落,立即放入口驗一驗先,不過先將肥膏咬走。皮香肉嫩,肉汁又豐富,雖然肥左少少,有好多肥膏呀 ﹗肉質滑溜溜,幼嫩細緻,秘方香料跟鵝肉融合,散發出濃郁香甜可口味道。閃令令的肉汁從纖維中流出,滋潤鵝皮鵝肉,美味極致 ﹗如果皮薄點、鵝瘦一點、唔好咁油就更加開心喇 ﹗食完個垃圾孖寶龍躉同乳豬谷鬼氣,我即刻要叫碟靚燒鵝舒緩一下激動情緒先得呀 ﹗阿媽仲話要叫例牌,差幾十蚊梗係叫半隻啦,咪鬼煩 ﹗食完阿媽仲係度怨搵笨、怨唔好食,一早講左咪黎海港,跟我去沙田 18 食片皮鴨 ﹗依家又浪費金錢,比多少少食好一點好過啦 ﹗Read More

劣質服務的宵夜特價時段,我唔係專登依個時間黎幫襯諗住食平野,朋友仔收得夜又想食燒鵝先黎架乍 ﹗宵夜火鍋料特價,仲有 1 蚊雞食添,所以人頭擁擁,唔洗錢咁款。無豉油、無指天椒供應?只有辣椒油同蒜味豉油。醉雞鍋半隻,藥材份量同種類都較少,而且隻雞好細隻喎,留到最後滾原湯料先試味。物價騰貴、天價租金,用料及味道比起以前真係天淵之別,湯汁淡茂茂,好采烚到最後集齊多款食材個湯都有點味道,菜味肉味海鮮味融合貫通,幾香甜喎。安格斯肥牛,只有兩款牛選擇,另一種係美國肥牛,即係街巿十幾廿斤似足煙肉架囉。脂肪紋纖幼又不平均,淨用眼睇已略知一二,就算我食 3 到 5 成熟都有點鞋有點硬,都預左質量同味道都係一般架喇,沾上我最愛的指天椒生蒜豉油都入得口,唔難食。紅魚兩食,首先起片打邊爐,質感腍劈劈既?無鮮魚味既?而且無魚味,淡如水。明顯地唔新鮮,同樣係用我最愛的指天椒生蒜豉油救救命,合格。紅魚是什麼啊?都唔識係咩魚,本來 order 鱆紅魚,但已經賣晒,只剩紅魚有貨,退而求其次啦。椒鹽紅魚骨腩,食其香口,無肉只能損骨上既椒鹽及炸辣椒蒜,都幾無謂架喎。跳螺併帶子,帶子唔新鮮,急凍貨色又非常細粒,瘦猛猛又乾爭爭。跳螺居然起左肉喎,但賣相一點都不討好,亂七八糟一劈上檯 。灼一灼,味道還可以,都食到微弱鮮味,嚥嚥韌韌,但係賣相太可怕。波士頓龍蝦,HKD128 細細隻都唔夠黐牙隙,都明白生意難做,平時我街巿買都成 HKD100 蚊隻,無咩錢賺啦。突然好想食龍蝦先走左黎海港打邊爐乍,點知得只有波士頓龍蝦,好失望啊 ﹗無咩肉食,不過肉質鮮甜爽口兼充滿彈性,好味有質數。鮮腐竹併枝竹,大路豆製品,索索湯汁掉入口都唔錯,最緊要湯底好,鮮竹枝竹都好。芯苗,真的嗎?那麼大碌菜芯既苗呢,鬼佬 size?要小心翼翼地續條續條檢查,要將發黑或爛掉的丟棄。100% 健康無問題的就灼一灼,非常鮮甜爽嫩,充滿水份又有菜甜味,絕無半點渣,意料之外的好味道 ﹗Order 多一碟菜芯苗,唔追都唔講無晒,轉莧菜,到食飽埋單都無黎到,最後要取消,服務真係強差人意,雖然眼見又真係人手不足既,侍應們都衝上衝落,但廚房師傅們就悠悠閒,飄向東又飄向西,好強烈既對比呢。重慶麻辣雞煲中辣,係完全唔辣既?失望。雞肉質感同味道都非常雪藏呢,救命 ﹗出奇地個湯汁使我非常喜歡喎,唔辣但十分香口惹味,撈飯撈麵應該好好食。1 蚊 1 隻雞優惠,6 個人或以下有 1 蚊雞半隻,以上就有 1 隻喇,1 蚊乍喎,仲想點啫?唔好多多要求喇 ﹗回想稻香又做 1 蚊雞無限制任食,真係有兩個後生仔叫 4 隻雞 4 支可樂埋單都只不過幾十蚊乍,只要您做得出,真係餐餐食得飽飽都唔洗廿蚊。美國肥牛,一早己沒有期望,所以無失望。平價肥牛過過口癮唔難食,牛脂味濃,脂肪位爽脆,瘦肉住鞋而有點咬口,安全過關。竹笙,本身沒有味道,連晒落湯隨她們喜歡地自由暢泳,浸得熱燙燙又吸夠湯汁即跳入口 ﹗爽爽的充滿甜美湯汁,正。美國桶蠔,無理由廚房師傅咁唔專業可以洗到咁樣掛?溶溶爛爛、腸穿肚爛,爆晒肚、散開晒,掉左落洗衣機度洗咩?烚完腍劈劈,水份及海水味完全流失,no good。燒鵝半隻,打邊爐都不忘要食招牌燒鵝,海港最出名又最好食就係燒鵝。皮香肉嫩,半肥瘦不太油膩,香噴噴而醃料清新芳香。肉汁豐富,質地緊緻,好食好食 ﹗食靚燒鵝洗咩山長水遠入元朗呀,大埔都有啦。要改名為海港禽畜酒家,海鮮蝦蟹龍蝦、貝類蠔類絕對係地獄級數,食雞鴨鵝牛羊豬就最穩陣安全。食飽飽,摸住個肚仔,嘆返罐冰凍可樂,幸福到離晒譜。一飲而盡,再吐出胃氣,爽死喇 ﹗仲食剩左幾件燒鵝添,唔好傷心,我會帶埋您地返屋企既,完全無浪費。Read More

好耐無同屋企人飲茶喇,今日放假轉登落大埔聚聚,順路睇下聽晚屋企打邊爐有什麼可以買定先。Lunch 不太肚餓,一家四口飲茶,食少少夠。咕嚕黑豚肉、棉花雞、椒鹽狗肚魚、豉汁排骨、蟹籽燒賣、鮮蝦炒米粉、菜乾排骨粥、鮑汁鳳爪,飽飽。人山人海,檯椅放到密密麻麻,環境嘈喧巴閉勁炒耳,嘈音不停來襲,非常影響情緒及食慾呢。鮮蝦炒米粉,炒得太乾呢,乾到我連阿媽都哽到啊 ﹗一定要小心地趙多幾下先吞。味道清清淡淡,蝦又幾爽口,米粉無發脹,合格既。不過我由細到大都不喜歡米粉的,尤其粗身米粉或米線,不過幼身如福字即食湯米粉或是阿媽炒既雞蛋腿絲夏門米粉都好鍾意食呢。咕嚕黑豚肉,高質高質,開心晒 ﹗真係炒得好有水準,由賣相、配搭、氣味、鑊氣、口感、味道都十分滿意,無投訴。黑豚肉熱燙燙,棉中有趙口,香濃豬肉味滲著甜美豐富肉汁,加上酸酸甜甜又不嗆不濁咕嚕汁就更醒神開胃,好好味 ﹗加埋彩椒另色彩更繽紛,錦上添花,外觀吸引力爆燈 ﹗鮑汁鳳爪,有驚喜 ﹗海港用橙色炸爪炆,特別索汁喎 ﹗味濃出眾,皮香肉嫩而帶黏,香而不過咸,達標過關。菜乾排骨粥,其實諗住叫碗粥襯托返個炒米粉之麻。睇落就好多料,奇怪地粥底完全無味架喎,白粥一樣。我真係食慣大埔魚滑既靚靚棉棉濃郁香甜粥底,依家其他較差的都食唔到喇 ﹗排骨已經煲到溶溶爛爛,變晒做肉絲咯,一咬即散。阿媽話係早茶賣剩架,賣到依家下午茶點會好食呢。椒鹽狗肚魚,估唔到海港係用脆漿囉,多左層殼一樣 ﹗咬一咬都幾脆,但係噴到成口油,油淋淋脆漿搶晒狗肚魚味道,完全食不出鮮味。簡單地用麵粉炸咪好食囉,畫蛇添足。每人食左一兩塊就放棄,最後唯有交比我阿爸消滅左佢啦 ﹗棉花雞,又係似豬皮既魚肚,唔係軟棉棉似棉花既魚肚,仲帶少少油益味,點都好過用真豬皮扮魚肚既,好過無啦。雖然口感爽到似豬皮,好采還可以食得到微弱魚肚鮮味啫。厚厚冬菇爽滑彈彈菇味濃,雞柳滑滑又結實,味道香甜,夾著咸香火腿齊齊食特別滋味。我主要係想食魚肚架乍,order 左棉花雞就唔 order 四寶雞紮啦,有時如果我好肚餓的話,兩款我都會同時叫架 ﹗蟹籽燒賣,不過不失,肥豬肉份量不過份,濃濃豬肉甜道,啖啖肉我鍾意。熱騰騰塞入口,一咬爆汁,好味開心死 ﹗豉汁排骨,難得超水準表現,半肥瘦仲有幾舊軟骨添,肉多骨少又不太油膩,甜美可口泛著椒絲豆椒香氣,不錯不錯。Read More

搬離大埔已經數年,以前與家人常來海港午茶的情景已不復再. 這天碰巧要回大埔辦事,就來海港吃點心. 中午十二時,拿取籌號,發覺要等多達十多張才到,故決定先去買點東西再回來,因為等候位置空調不足,相當悶熱. 買完東西,回到來已經1:00pm,已經跳過3個籌號,要多等數張再到我們.雖然我們只有2人,但是要夠3位以上,才不用搭枱,所以我們給予3位茶錢.茶位: $7/位 店員安排我們坐角落位置,相對較寧靜. 由於不太肚餓,只點了點心拼盤及沙律明蝦角.點心拼盤 $41.8拼盤內有5款點心,各款2件,適合2人分享.鮮蝦菜苗餃差不多見不到內裡有蝦肉,菜則相當多,外皮煙韌,當它是素菜餃,會覺得很不錯. 蟹籽燒賣皇燒賣挺大粒,蝦肉少而豬肉多,也有相當多的肥豬肉,所以都幾有肉香.潮式蒸粉果外皮晶瑩煙韌,不過蒸過火,內裡有花生、肉碎等,相當惹味.流沙麻蓉包已經很少酒家供應傳統的麻蓉包了,雖然名為流沙麻蓉包,但卻沒有流心的效果,包不算鬆軟且內餡不多,但可以一解我對麻蓉包的思念.養顏紅棗糕這款我沒試,但友人說質感Q彈,甜度合宜.沙律明蝦角 $20.8一客4件的蝦角比較袖珍,而且炸得過火,有點偏黑. 雖然其貌不揚,但入口香脆熱辣,蝦肉則偏向梅,但只是$20.8,又怎能與潮江春$4X的可比擬!雖然點心不算上佳,但以價錢來說有這水準已算不俗,有機會再來.大埔超級城600號安邦路2號地下2661 8087Read More

喜愛飲早茶的我又找到好時間,飲壺濃普洱,食返一盅幾件才起行上班。是日,來到近在咫尺的海港酒樓。為何近在咫尺而不來,原因是每一次把車泊好,都打算走遠一點尋食,或是時間有限,迫使我要快快趣,15分鐘內在茶餐廳完事。因為,上酒樓飲茶,要功成身退,30分鐘是必要的。有多過30分鐘的時間,我就決定近近地,來到停車場樓下的海港酒樓享用早餐。同所有酒樓一樣,早上的這一個飲茶時段,是充滿了上年紀的朋友,我這一個仍未到中年的男士,算是一個怪客。早茶,千篇一律的,就是要吃你的鳳爪排骨飯,這一個排骨飯,肉的確是非常多,但鳳爪也太細份了,而飯也不算是傳統的生米蒸飯,雖然製作上沒有馬虎,但令我感覺上這東西只是逗逗老人家開心而已。幾乎每一家酒樓都會有早報孖寶的出現,是日我點選了的孖寶就是小籠包加蘿蔔糕。小籠包,非常奇特的以獨立的形式包裝,為的是什麼? 輕輕的夾起,輕輕的把小籠包從錫紙夾出來,不要說小心不小心,小籠包頓時肚破汁流,下一個再要小心翼翼的夾起,才能夠在碗內破....這小籠包,肉味雖香,但皮做得太過差了。香煎的一個蘿蔔糕,蘿蔔味普通,是一般酒樓水準。一吃,的確是一般酒樓點心式的粉多蘿蔔少的蘿蔔糕,香口但蘿蔔味一般。味道可以,但是點心的出場時間也太長了,尤其是蘿蔔糕,沒想過這一個煎炸點,竟然是最遲來的一個點心,而且還只是半熱的,真的令我費解,亦令我吃好後,趕死趕命的趕去搭車。 Read More
