看餐廳的位置好像挺偏遠的,但其實附近有挺多新樓盤,餐廳人氣還是挺不錯的,而且地方很大,空間感十足,還有露天的位置,氣氛不錯。泰式香燒雞(188元/半隻)雖然有寫要等20—25分鐘,但實際時間更久一點,不過也是挺值得等的!這裡的燒雞比平常餐廳吃的都要大隻,而且燒的火喉剛剛好,雞剛剛好熟,吃起來肉嫩多汁,還有雞肉香,雞皮有彈性,而且雞醃得很夠味,泰式風味十足,吃的時候再配上甜辣醬,更解膩,更突出雞肉香。馬莎文咖哩牛坑腩配薄餅(178元)本來想叫另一款咖哩金磚的,但已經賣光了,所以就改吃這款有薄餅的,性價比也不錯。牛坑腩燉得還有點彈性的,吃起來肉感較足,牛肉味香濃,部分帶點筋的會更香,而咖哩都滲透進去了,味道更濃郁。本身咖哩的香料味很夠,又帶點椰奶香。薄餅烤得酥脆,配咖哩一流。泰式火車頭和牛炒飯(188元)這裡的炒飯是比較濕潤的那種,味道挺香的,加了很多蛋和牛肉,還有點菜碎來增加口感。牛肉口感很嫩滑。雪糕(58元)有三款雪糕可選,分別是朱古力,椰子和雲呢拿,我們就選了後面兩款,質感都很香甜,不會太甜,還加了有朱古力醬呢。手打菠蘿檸檬變泰綠茶(73元/增量)質素真不錯,跟外面的茶飲店的手打檸檬茶可以一戰,口感非常清爽,味道酸甜,挺解膩的。荔枝沙冰(68元)荔枝味非常香濃,味道清甜。Read More

最近在元朗發掘了一間泰國菜專門店,整體感覺相當不錯,讓人恍如置身泰國。最令人驚喜的是用餐環境相當舒適,枱與枱之間保持著適當距離,絲毫不感侷促。店內播放著輕柔的泰文歌曲,音量恰到好處,不影響傾談之餘更添風情,我媽媽甚至聽到一首她從小聽到大的經典歌,倍感親切。座位設計用心,搭配的長形咕𠱸承托力十足,大大提升了舒適感。每張枱上還設有專屬燈光,能清晰照出食物的色澤與細節,這點非常加分。泰式風情的碗碟亦增添了幾分地道感覺。食物方面,海鮮炒濕河 (Pad See Ew) 絕對是必食之選,極力推介!河粉炒得夠「鑊氣」,口感軟滑又帶點彈性,醬汁濃郁入味,海鮮料足且新鮮,整體水準極高,令人回味。雖然本身味道已很足夠,但習慣泰式風味的媽媽想加點辣,店員立刻提供辣椒醬,後來才知店內也有傳統的四格辣椒醋,但無損我們對這道主菜的喜愛。不過,馬拉盞炒通菜 則略為遜色,鹹度稍高,蓋過了應有的鮮香,是當晚較不推介的一道。其他菜式亦有驚喜。椰汁雞湯 (Tom Kha Gai) 做得相當出色,湯底香濃順滑,椰香四溢而不油膩,雞肉更是嫩滑非常,味道平衡得宜。柚子沙律 非常新鮮爽脆,柚子肉粒粒分明,口感十足,媽媽大讚比起她上次在其他地方吃到的細碎口感好太多了!服務態度親切有禮,加上舒適的環境、地道的細節(如音樂、燈光、餐具)和出色的招牌海鮮炒濕河,整體體驗比我們常去的九龍城泰菜館更令人滿意。這頓飯不僅滿足了味蕾,更是一趟愜意的泰式小旅行,值得再訪嘗試炒牛肉或雞肉等其他菜式。Read More
