唔起眼，但好食嘅潮潮汕粉麵

今日難得公眾假期，留港消費去觀塘街市買餸。難得有車位，就喺嘉樂街附近泊低車搵個下午茶食先。見到附近有間潮州粉麵新開張就入去試吓。坐低後見到佢哋主打潮汕粉麵，好明顯係對自己好有信心，主打汕尾牛雜豬什。好啦，我碗牛雜河出場，外觀同主流嘅賣相唔同。一飲個湯，好有芫荽蔥嘅味，並係霸道嘅味精，合格有餘。另一碗係豬什河粉，可惜並唔係我杯茶。跟住叫多咗個小米餃，有啲似潮州甜品水晶包。個皮較煙靭味道唔錯。總結，喺一間可以回頭嘅潮州舖頭。位置就有啲格涉，希望殺出一條血路。 continue reading
