某日同朋友去完山頂野餐,坐番車落山決定晚餐定喺民聲冰室。本來都近另一分店,但睇過評語,好似都係大坑呢邊分店穩陣啲…週六晚上6點零鐘,當然要等位啦,因為座位少到爆,大概20分鐘有位。等位途中做乜好?店員已經會同你落定單。咸蛋肉餅塔 $58男朋友知道我好鬼鐘意食咸蛋同肉餅,所以以前喺銅鑼灣工作都有帶過我黎食。蒸呢個肉餅都有難度,由於係塔嘅形狀,要蒸到中心熟而外面唔會老都考功夫。至於有冇影響味道,個人認為都係噱頭。不過豬肉偏肥,肥膏都多,如果唔鐘意肥肉嘅人未必啱食口水雞 $78手撕雞造型同肉餅塔一樣,都係砌高左。個人認為比肉餅塔更值得食。雞肉嫩滑,麻油味香,我地光速清碟。羔蟹蒸水蛋 除左鐘意肉餅,其實我都好鐘意食水蛋,喺街好難食到好食嘅肉餅,通常蒸得好鬼老…呢度嘅水蛋好滑,讚!不過羔蟹就冇乜特別,又冇乜膏,亦都冇令個蛋有鮮味,所以可以點番普通果款蒸水蛋,又平啲。泰式排骨 $58其實就係普通排骨加左泰式辣醬…哈哈。不過送飯都唔錯。馬拉盞炒通菜豆豉綾魚油麥菜 (冇影相)民聲唔同一般嘅小菜館,其實菜單比較單一,選擇唔多,尤其是菜,只有兩款…而且食過兩款都覺得好一般,馬拉盞通菜炒得冇乜味,豆豉綾魚油麥菜超少豆豉綾魚。對我黎講,民聲係我喺銅鑼灣短暫工作嘅一個回憶,就係想食靚靚蒸水蛋同肥肉餅先會黎。 continue reading

聽聞這間小店出名蒸肉餅,一值想去試本人很喜歡食肉餅,今次突登揸車去食選了菜色必定首選鹹蛋蒸肉餅、手撕雞等左好耐先上菜,一泥就是手撕雞,好好味,味道調較到剛剛好,雞肉好滑食完手撕雞二十分中後再上蒸肉餅,可能等得太耐關係碗飯都凍哂,我都明白即蒸時間都會比較耐小小,最期待既主角出場了,食了第一味一定好期待主角出場,食一第一啖感覺好粉好難既感覺,一定不是新鮮手打肉碎,是冷藏既免治豬肉同一般茶餐四十幾元客飯冇分別佢依個價錢根本唔值,勁失望,不會再有下一次 continue reading

突然想念住家飯,夜麻麻只想簡簡單單小菜兩味填飽行雷中的五臟六腑....叮一聲!突然諗起大坑民聲冰室,一間橙色的街角小店,街坊風味,小菜實而不華,大碟夾抵食。(正宗餐「牌」,字體好壞絶不影響食物質素🤣,特色與實際睇你點睇。敢棟呢個唯一的餐牌出門口,證明店主有自信,全靠食力💪🏼)(👍🏼長期榜首鹹蛋蒸肉餅,可以講係每枱必叫,吃貨小姐最愛,差一分爆燈,扣在豉油太鹹)講起火山肉餅,不得不提一下「太快活」曾幾何時亦主打過「A貨火山蒸肉餅」,笑料一則,不長談,網上借了張相來笑下😜有圖有真相,去相👇🏻(👎🏻説好的火山呢😂,好在嗰時未有商品說明條例,Lol。當然冇幾耐就被OUT左啦。太快活出品)講返民聲先,第二道小菜出爐👇🏻(勝瓜蒸得剛剛好,爽脆不油膩,梅菜加蝦米,得!)總結:呢個梅菜蒸勝瓜同鹹蛋肉餅各扣左1分,敗在豉油太鹹鳥。😢送飯都係鹹左DD, 但係好食嘅👍🏼值得一試,番試,再試!🤤👎🏻彈係白飯太乾硬,好菜需有好飯配😔老闆,下次來請賜我一碗好飯🙏🏻否則只能外賣回家配自家白飯來肉餅撈飯囉...... continue reading

認識我嘅人都知道我好少食中菜,由其是茶餐廳。但係嗰日我有突然口痕想食下呢間慕名已久嘅小店。我哋兩個決定叫兩個小菜同飯送。首先係鹹蛋蒸肉餅,真係冇揀錯。啲肉餅好軟熟又唔會太咸,就連我都覺得好好味。送飯簡直一流。再叫左個馬拉盞通菜,d調味好正好岩送飯!唔算太辣😋😋😋 continue reading

話說之前睇小儀金剛好似有介紹過,電視入面既蒸肉餅塔成塊面咁高,令我幻想左好耐....今次lunch落完雨,大坑都係得少少街坊幫襯,入到去就有位坐,好快咁點左肉餅同手撕雞(後發現個個都叫呢2款,個個都係)肉餅:如前言,真係無乜surprise仲有D失望... i mean 個size。我一個人應該可以食3﹣4個不等不過好在佢係嫩滑版肉餅,不是平時屋企or茶餐廳既蒸肉餅,果D會偏硬同多‘咬’口;呢隻肉餅攪得好碎、好滑,肥肉既功勞令佢疊起身蒸都唔怕會蒸唔熟中間or出面太鞋,而且我懷疑vertical設計令D油可以蒸到流落碟度,食落就唔會覺得好多油,外觀上又有噱頭;不過下面豉油放太多,肉餅偏軟身所以一拆就散落係豉油度,無得避;同埋本身肉餅己有味+咸蛋黃,所以overall會偏咸。。。建議不防可以試下豉油另上,食客可以自己調味嘛。手撕雞:又係疊高既視覺效果,望落好似好大份咁,其實上面D肉都幾好食,調味又香(加左麻油咩都變到好得),但食到底發現都係雞胸‘骨’,同雞脾‘骨’,可能上面拆左D肉下面放番D骨做基礎起樓?但係會覺得有D 唔抵..先甜後苦喎。另外,白飯有D硬,可能我鐘意食軟飯啦xD 不過軟D會香D嘛。 continue reading
