某日同朋友去完山頂野餐,坐番車落山決定晚餐定喺民聲冰室。本來都近另一分店,但睇過評語,好似都係大坑呢邊分店穩陣啲…週六晚上6點零鐘,當然要等位啦,因為座位少到爆,大概20分鐘有位。等位途中做乜好?店員已經會同你落定單。咸蛋肉餅塔 $58男朋友知道我好鬼鐘意食咸蛋同肉餅,所以以前喺銅鑼灣工作都有帶過我黎食。蒸呢個肉餅都有難度,由於係塔嘅形狀,要蒸到中心熟而外面唔會老都考功夫。至於有冇影響味道,個人認為都係噱頭。不過豬肉偏肥,肥膏都多,如果唔鐘意肥肉嘅人未必啱食口水雞 $78手撕雞造型同肉餅塔一樣,都係砌高左。個人認為比肉餅塔更值得食。雞肉嫩滑,麻油味香,我地光速清碟。羔蟹蒸水蛋 除左鐘意肉餅,其實我都好鐘意食水蛋,喺街好難食到好食嘅肉餅,通常蒸得好鬼老…呢度嘅水蛋好滑,讚!不過羔蟹就冇乜特別,又冇乜膏,亦都冇令個蛋有鮮味,所以可以點番普通果款蒸水蛋,又平啲。泰式排骨 $58其實就係普通排骨加左泰式辣醬…哈哈。不過送飯都唔錯。馬拉盞炒通菜豆豉綾魚油麥菜 (冇影相)民聲唔同一般嘅小菜館,其實菜單比較單一,選擇唔多,尤其是菜,只有兩款…而且食過兩款都覺得好一般,馬拉盞通菜炒得冇乜味,豆豉綾魚油麥菜超少豆豉綾魚。對我黎講,民聲係我喺銅鑼灣短暫工作嘅一個回憶,就係想食靚靚蒸水蛋同肥肉餅先會黎。 continue reading

開完OT,與朋友們食番餐的,興致高昂地去到,但見一條人龍,大家邊談邊等,時間過得快,半個鐘都仍未有位,大家又吾想放棄,堅持再等....已經一早落定單了45分鐘再有得食....招牌咸旦蒸肉餅,也要等15分鐘,肉餅入味,柔軟,好送飯!手撕鷄,味道濃醇,鷄肉嫩滑炸豬排,香噴噴,酥脆,份量不少,停吾到口蒸水蛋,蒸過時,蒸老了,不好吃值得一提,有冰凍枝裝大可樂飲,好夠喉 continue reading

在香港,你會很難找到一個肉餅是長成這樣的!但樣子不重要,味道才是重點!大排檔的肉餅,通常都用了很多生粉,使得肉餅不再是豬肉味了,而是淡淡的咸味!這家就不同了,他用上很多豬肉,吃起來很氣肉味!加上咸蛋的蛋味,帶出肉汁的鮮甜!最重要與外面做的不同,就是他們的醬油,用上甜醬油,食起來,你不會覺得太咸,更開胃!第二道菜就有點失望,失望在於… 沒有太多蟹肉味,可能不當造吧!但使人有驚喜的,就是他的蛋,很厚,差不多厚到像在食燉蛋!口感一流啦!沒太大特別,而且馬拉盞味不太多…當然,我還是覺得北京和上海的好食很多!*** Foster 提提大家,星期一至五,因為不能飯桌擺出街,所以需要等位呵,而且人都比較多! *** continue reading

作為街坊,點可以未食過聞名的肉餅山?此民聲冰室細到只能容納10零人及長期有人坐門口等位靠的是那10零個餸,已知他們不是善男信女,仲要睇晒餐牌準備好叫餸方可入座架好彩我幾年前已諗定,叫咗肉餅山及馬拉盞通菜。向來怕食太多肉既我,一路好驚招架不住呢個肉餅山!好彩上枱後發覺'山'比想像的細。肉同肥肉比例均勻我懷疑肥肉多啲添因為吃下去肉很鬆,一啲都唔實。豉油提鮮,連埋鹹蛋黃食,鹹香又鮮甜,確係無懈可擊!馬拉盞通菜理論上冇得輸,佢又竟然落重左手,太鹹了⋯⋯另有一次買咗佢哋嘅口水雞回家加餸,滿心歡喜見佢好豐富咁有芫茜花生薯粉等。汁料很重要,佢正正就衰咗係個汁度,甜甜酸酸冇咩麻辣,雞肉又鞋又UN, 更莫講話佢皮骨多過肉...暫時來說,我只建議好鍾意食肉餅既人黎,對其他餸別抱太大希望,以免失望 continue reading

年廿九晚放工,約了幾個朋友去開餐。要等齊人先入得,餓到扁了。好彩入到去即叫餸,都好快上枱!- 招牌咸蛋蒸肉餅外型雖然不太漂亮,但肉質鮮甜嫩滑,蒸肉餅的精髓在於用上半肥瘦的豬肉,蒸至淋身。堆成一座山去蒸,火侯一定要控制得宜,加上甜甜的豉油汁,可以送兩碗飯呀真係!(明顯晚飯的肉餅比午飯的肉餅份量多)- 炒豆苗菜,唔少得既!新鮮就好味呀!- 芝麻手撕雞芝麻夠多夠香!手撕雞都係堆到一座山咁,份量ok,肉質都嫩滑。- 豉汁帶子蒸豆腐 $62抱歉忘了拍照帶子煮得啱啱好熟,唔會「鞋」。豉汁送飯又係好好味,豆腐配上個汁真係生色不少!- 椒鹽豬扒唔夠喉再追加一個椒鹽豬扒,香口惹味。- 飲品、白飯另外計錢多幾個朋友一齊食既好處就係可以試多幾樣,又抵食啲!p.s. 原本說只吃半碗飯的朋友最後也忍不住加多左個白飯滿足了,飽肚了,去維園行返個年宵先! continue reading
