Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 一定好溫暖🥰!
我地食左呢個真係返唔到轉頭,

為了舒緩工作壓力,決定食一餐好少少嘅午餐。 新開張地方光猛清潔, 服務員態度殷勤,雖然地方淺窄,有些要求高的客人在座位上有諸多要求,店員也盡量配合。 一個人叫了了一碗雞米線和醉豬手, 普通打工仔$200 喺佐敦食一個午餐唔係日日會發生,但係真係食過返尋味。個雞湯絕對係鮮到不能形容熱騰騰的一碗足料米線非常治愈,豬手係一試難忘,同肥膩絕對拉不上關係,骨膠原大補足! 碗米線真係非常之熱所以大家要小心慢慢吃, 碗湯飲了一大碗都冇口渴,係真功夫!

收到資訊話這裡可以魚翅撈飯,於是同朋友落去望望,店舖就係在彌敦道行入一條街,唔難搵,店舖內座位都唔算太迫,但都好多人,所以要等位,係門口再望見到個鮑參翅肚餐,座下後就點了這個,在香濃嘅湯底內有軟滑嘅花膠,同魚翅,真係十分足料!湯底十分濃郁,加埋湯料,真係可以魚翅撈飯,而個飯就係鮑汁海味飯,加埋個金湯花膠魚翅,真係已經十分滿足!但個餐還有海味一品煲內有彈牙鮑魚、爽口海參、大大粒瑤柱、彈牙煙韌嘅花菇、同埋吸收了汁嘅花膠,真係都唔知由哪一邊開始!除了湯,飯,煲外,重有份太白醉雞,用上了花雕酒浸住隻雞髀,雞肉十分嫩滑軟熟之餘還有香濃嘅酒香,十分好味!而朋友就係點了口水雞配刀削麵,口水雞嘅雞肉一齊嫩滑軟熟帶點辣,而紅油花膠魚翅餃,入口口感皮薄足料,味道濃郁;炸魚皮亦大大碟之餘魚皮十分脆口,配上金湯,好味!今晚食得滿足,價錢相宜,質素高,之後又多個地方可以食得好!

好似清清地 就入左去試下😽
如果係普通粉面黎講 呢間嘅價位就唔算太平🤠
但勝在用料 同埋味道都幾好
尤其是個砂鍋花膠雞 真係超驚喜😻

之前係cwb經過見到呢間標榜不添加味精嘅砂鍋雞湯,已經好想試下🥰今日咁岩去開佐敦,一於飲下靚湯先!叫咗砂鍋花膠翅雞湯,半隻雞,用砂鍋滾住咁上,半隻雞份量夠哂我同男朋友兩個人食,雞肉都好滑唔柴,起碼有4片花膠!大概一人有一碗半湯,有金華火腿,啖湯真材實料好鮮甜濃郁再叫左3樣小食皮蛋好惹味醋香云耳非常開胃好食!仲有蒜味,男朋友都好中意!醉豬手,份量都算多,啖啖肉,正下次再嚟encore,可以試吓鮑參翅肚餐,168好抵呀地方都算闊落,枱與枱隔好多空間,環境乾淨光猛

自從去過太子嘅樂湯雞麵館一次之後,就愛上了。


如果有時想飲雞湯,就會自然想起呢間分店,但係太子嘅分店唔係太就腳唔係成日有機會去到。

這個餐無疑是抵食的,但有一個缺點,就是沒有甚麼蔬菜,所以我也在各款小食中點了店舖推介之一的「涼拌萵筍」($28)做配角!這下了蒜汁的小食味道酸酸的,萵筍涼涼的、爽爽的,雖只是小小一碟,份量都不太少。

另一半胃口不太好,只是點了有鮑魚、花膠、海參、魚翅在裡面做湯料的「至尊珍品雞湯」($88)做晚餐。相比起我的「金湯花膠翅」,這雞湯是清些的,口感沒有那麼濃稠,各款湯料相當豐富,除了鮑參翅和花膠外、還有厚身花菇、瑤柱、紅棗和雞腳,單吃湯料和喝湯,再吃點我的鮑汁海味飯、醉雞和萵筍,已經可把她吃得飽飽了。

之前吃過樂湯雞一次,都幾喜歡他們家的食物,尤其是花膠雞鍋,所以今次來吃都不例外點了花膠雞鍋。花膠雞鍋米線,厚厚的花膠配上嫩滑雞件,再飲一口湯,醇厚香濃,呢個米線真係好正,好啱滋補養顏。黑松露雲吞撈麵,雲吞啖啖蝦肉,爽口彈牙,同時滲透着黑松露香,撈麵另一番風味。新出嘅麻辣金錢肚,金錢肚切到好幼細,所以特別索味,辣得來又帶麻香。椒香拌柏葉,口感很爽脆,有點芝麻有點辣椒,增添雙重的香味。醉香豬手,豬手皮幾爽滑,肉質彈牙,帶點花雕酒香,香氣撲鼻。今次同朋友一齊去吃,大家都好滿意,期待下次再來又有新食物推出啦😋😋

早兩日同老公加埋阿仔3人行,一齊行完廟街後就走左去佐敦一帶揾食,行過庇利金街附近見到一間叫樂湯雞麵館(個名幾得意),睇過門口餐牌有雞湯翅又有粉麵飯同多款小食,好似都幾多款式選擇,所以今晚晚餐就決定選這裏了,入店後睇完餐牌當然要試下個招牌菜la,叫左砂鍋花膠雞湯翅(壹隻),還order左以下小食: -紅油花膠魚翅餃-沙薑雞腳-花鵰醉豬手-炸魚皮-鹽水雞腎-蟲草花杞子浸翡翠苗等左陣個砂鍋花膠雞湯翅就送到上枱材料非常豐富,雞肉嫩滑湯夠濃,花膠同魚翅份量都唔小,我地亦加左鮑魚同龍皇雲吞真係非常之滿足😋,至於其它小食都唔錯,個醉豬手啲骨頭已挑好哂,食落啖啖肉,皮夠爽脆入哂味,而翡翠苗就比較小地方有得叫同較特別,味道同口感都唔錯(其他小食都係水準之作👍🏻),呢度既店員服務殷勤有禮(尤其是有位好高大既後生仔),食完之後返到屋企都唔會覺得口渴,足以証明冇落味精la👍🏻👍🏻,我地都覺得這間樂湯雞食物味美新鮮又足料😋😋,下次想食雞湯翅時一定會再嚟ar
