有原型及低脂食物選擇（牛肉/豬肉/雞肉/豆腐/豬潤+白飯），菜心仲要係菜心苗（同其他店比誠意好高），極清少鹹少油既湯底（不口渴應該無味精），份量不少。自制辣椒蒜油夠辣夠惹味。米飯質量係差一啲，要靠少少豉油送飯。適合有時唔記得prep meal就去食番碗，又飽又夠營養素！一個meal落黎大約500卡左右女店員既態度都非常nice，雖然鋪仔細細但整體乾淨舒服，都keep住有客人入。另外見到唔少人外賣生餃。 continue reading
