在和合石拜山結束後,搭巴士往大埔食lunch,經過呢間餐廳幾新穎,同埋出邊有人排隊,決定試試。排隊不到五分鐘就入座,環境舒適乾淨,餐點是套餐式,可以再加嘢飲,大約60-80蚊,我地加了份麻辣鴨血豆腐。-鵝肉滷水及豬手粒ok,不過綜合牛肉很鹹,應該是滷汁太鹹,希望可以改進-小菜麻辣蓮藕滿有特色,是其他家比較少見的-鵝油拌麵也蠻好吃的,附上一小碗湯,味道很夠-麻辣鴨血豆腐是冷的,鴨血非常薄,豆腐是油豆腐,第一次看到麻辣鴨血配油豆腐,不太推薦-加點的凍奶茶偏甜少少整體來說還ok,份量稍少,男生未必吃的飽 continue reading

對滷水嘅印象係潮州打冷果種麻甩感覺,但呢間專賣滷水嘅榕基,反而有種台灣小清新既感覺。門面乾淨,價錢相宜,套餐用木托盤上,唔睇餐牌以為入左台式餐廳。餐廳好簡單,就係肉+澱粉質+小食+/-飲品🪿肉方面,叫左招牌獅頭鵝($70)同原隻鵝髀($85),兩款都係帶骨嘅,所以落單之後店員都送上骨碟。鵝髀d肉實淨,獅頭鵝就比較淋同少骨d,兩款我比較鐘意獅頭鵝。🍝澱粉質方面本身想一個飯一個麵,但見到鵝油撈麵實在太吸引,就兩個揀曬撈麵😆,麵唔油膩,掛住影相,店員貼心提要趁熱撈,入面嘅炸蒜好香,不過可能太大期望,食落又覺得唔算非常特別。🐟小食揀左魚仔花生同蓮藕丁,平時食蓮藕都係大大塊,又無諗過可以切丁咁細塊黎食,如果揀粥嘅話拎黎送粥一流。細細一碟,係加分位。🧋飲品方面揀左飲凍冬瓜茶(+$8)正常味道,但為呢間餐廳又添左兩分台味。 continue reading

第一次去覺得好好味,餓肉好新鮮,現切,飯熱辣辣。今日好肚餓經過再去一次,等左半個鐘先有位,一上到黎碟鵝已經即刻睇到唔新鮮,d鹅皮干晒,d邊位又幹,好腥油味,好明顯師傅預先切好晒擺左一段時間。雖然今日多人,可能師傅咁樣可以快d上菜,但真系唔店,寧願先切等下。呢次食完個味道唔想去第三次。希望老細改善下呢個問題 continue reading
