肉質偏乾身，醬汁偏甜但有微微辣味平衡返，不過建議襯熱食，唔係嘅話個醬就會有少少苦了。

可以揀配芝麻醬定香辣醬，見之前個雞翼都有少少辣就揀左芝麻醬，成品偏甜，但配合埋粉皮又變得清爽，唔覺唔覺就食哂。

先要拆散個煎成餅嘅米粉餅，用生菜包住碎咗嘅米粉同豬拋肉，夾埋少少泰式甜辣醬（都係偏甜）咁食。豬拋肉碎本身已經好香，反而米粉餅真係無味嘅真係要配返個醬，全部野夾埋清清爽爽，值得一試！
