呢排繼續我嘅Cocktail之旅, 上網見到呢間野咁有本土特色就即刻去試吓。店員服務態度好,全部都勁好傾 - 見到佢間鋪頭個酒吧位勁多本地特色材料:孖蒸酒、黃酒、陳皮、花尖八角等等,令到我勁好奇!傾落先知原來佢間野之前個顧問係「白蘭樹下Gin」(第一隻本地Gin酒)嘅老闆,怪唔得啲材料咁有特色。之後梗係叫佢整返杯signature特飲試下:外表好似一碗粥!材料有陳皮、亞麻籽仁,本來諗住怪怪地,但係飲落去口感唔錯,有少少𠎀身得來,本身陳皮香味好重,基酒好似仲落咗孖蒸,從來未試過咁local style嘅cocktail! 啱晒貪得意嘅各位
